Why should vegetarians

Vegetables and fruits contain lots of fiber which helps the digestive tract health and make you pass every day. Vegetables and fruit also contains antioxidants that can prevent cancer,heart disease or diabetes. Increasing beauty,ageless skin by consuming natural foods.Vegetables and fruits can make the body appear thinner. what is your opinion? thank you

It's highly advantageous to be a vegan, but there are nutrients our body needs that are not available in vegetables. It is highly advisable that you don't go strict vegetarian but instead a "lacto-ovo" type of vegetarianism where you occasionally consume "milk" and "eggs".

I do not believe that vegetable can make our body thin, i think if we eat excessive food every day it may be vegetable or other that will be harmful for your body. But it is a fact that vegetable is essential for our health. It prevent constipation which is to much essential to keep our body fit.

I also agree with you that vegetable is very essential for every human being. Necessary food elements like - Vitamin, Calcium, Iron etc. we intake through vegetable but when we will cook vegetable it should be cook properly to keep it food value intact otherwise most of the food value will loss during cooking. All the important elements to keep our body fit comes from the vegetable. Some vegetable are delicious in taste.

Vegetables are good for our body and health because there are a lot of nutrients in them, unlike other food that are either deep fried or too oily. However being a totally devoted vegetarian is not really healthy too because they are missing out on some vitamins that meat brings to them. With that, they have to turn to vitamins for their dosage of nutrients supposedly from meat.

I'm not real sure what your question is actually. But I do like to observe a mostly vegetarian diet. I eat meat a couple of times a week. Usually it's either chicken or steak - usually fish or chicken though. Other than that I adhere to a pretty strict vegetarian diet. I eat a lot of beans and eggs and cheese for proteins.

Yes, vegetables can really help you digest food and make you slim and healthy because almost all of the foods/ vegetables have fibers. For exmaple, pineapples. Pineapples are made into juices that can help you lose some weight and help the digestion. I suggest you drink more fruit juices.
