SOS~~Should i leave this company?

i graduated several months ago. And i have been working for less than one year. I got a job as a member for business trade. Because i love english and i have thought i like this job, surely i did. Well,i have to say it is a challenge job. I am responsible for exploring worldwide market to look for buyers. It is tough in the beginning. And it was not like what i have imagined before, English is just a tool in this process, marketing skills are most needed, as well as communication skill, dealing skill. Unluckily, i am not talented. few months later, no any performace,i felt guilty and shamed. But i cannot go, i will be asked whether have performace when interviwing another new job... So i thought i should insist on for a while....
now, it is end of 2010, one of my workmate was pregnate who are niece of my boss. Her some orders and work was given to me. And now i was not sure that i should leave or not. I do wanna be a responsible person,but on the other hand, i cannot stay here anymore. It is hard to choose.
I hope to get some advise from you guys. And i really am failure in job??

As a matter of fact, what do you want to do after this job? Do you really know how to be an English trade? Maybe it is harder to find a buyer, but it depands on your mood. If you are positive, any difficulties can overcome. You can learn some skills after work, you need to change your work method, most important, you need to find out the development of this job. I could only say that the longer your work, you will find more knowledge in your job, also a responsible person also need to responsible his choice.

Don't be afraid. Just think you can do it better than ever before. Thinking about that your boss give you some important tasks means that he trust you. Why not he give anyone else in the office? Don't think can not find buyers is your problem, agreement need buyers and salers in a long time. It doesn't matter, just think something that funny here. If you find a better job, you can go to other place.

yes, the problem now is i cannot face troubles that resulted from my wrong decisons and choices bravelly. uhm..it is torturing. For a long time, i cannot get over the cage that i made myself. it has been a kind of habit. and i wanna get encouragement from someone,maybe i donot know who exactly he is or she is. But i need help really...

Having a JOB that is difficult for you is a Good thing. You should now that on your state. My Big sister experienced this kind of JOB that you need to explore and She also felt failure from the first time but you know what? She proved that she can make it. It is her field to do and she chose it.
You are in the state of failure but it doesn't mean you've done wrong, It is just part of the JOB - You'll find Success and sometimes Failure.
You only need determination and Inspiration to make it a successful Job. ;)

I know that doing a job which you are not good at is very difficult. But do you think that perhaps you can take some time to handle it? Everybody needs different time to be familiar with their job. Probably you just need a longer time and you can still do it well? If you really have to quit the job, I suggest you do it after the Chinese New Year because it is a golden time for looking for a new job.

very gald you love China. And it is very kind of you to help a chinese girl here. Sure ,Spring Festival is truely a line for the ones who wanna change to another job. Before or after that, the clerks in one company will be different.

Hi friend. Skill need time to improve and i believe you can improve on it. You can do it by get a teach from an expert in the company or senoir worker to help your work. They can help you improve your skill, so you can go far in your job. Do not blame yourself because you still have a time and the company will not give the job to you if they think you are not talented. So move and make a change in your life and job. If you get a better job that you feel better for you, just grab it. I know you can do it. Good luck.

You have to weigh your ability to see if you can carry on with this job or not. Just a positive thinking is not enough. The talent and ability need to be sharpen time by time. If you think you can take another step to challenge this job and not letting this job to challenge you instead then go for it and take the tasks. But if you are not and it makes you feel weak when you think about this job, then you can also quit but that is just an option. Good luck to you and have a nice day

Leaving job yourself for nonperformance is good idea instead of waiting for your boss to ask you to resign or He fires you with out a notice. But at the end it is you who know most about the level of your performance, so I would say; your decision should be based on the how you look on the problem? Is the glass half empty or glass half full?

the worse thing is my boss did not come from his travelling...i cannot go without saying to him face to face..it is impolite.

Follow your heart callofwind,if you are not happy anymore with it,why stay? I'm sure they will understand your situation if you leave,there are so many opportunities out there where you can explore your skills more. Enjoy life,it's more inspiring to work if you like what you are doing,furthermore,you'll be able to work freely and the outcome of it will be great,no doubt.

Thank you really. I am not happy not only my own job. also because some people act badly on me. I know i am not successful ,but i need respect from someone. Seems someone didnot like me. me neither. And i know maybe it is not the root reason.
The most reason is i am so childish on dealing with people sometimes.
