Hi dear, I may be on the computer and will shut down and switch off the light and sleep. But I will take 15-20 mts. of time just lying on the bed thinking of anything like and I don't know when I will sleep. Most of the days the sleeping time may be after mid night, I will go fast sleep within that time. About the dream, it is I am so glad to tell. I had my dream girl in my sleep and got up some wedding reception, I met her. But she looked so old and her son and daughter were around. However, it is dream and there is no head and tail. Immediately I got up, I noted down what as the dream about otherwise I will forget after sometime. As it was about her, i just rewind all the scenes and still I remember few of the scenes. Some dreams are still like live and feel so nice. The dreams are the wonders that gives is more energy and satisfaction than the real ones. Thanks for a chance to write about my dream girl!!! Thank-s

The other day, I had a dream, I went to go travel to Jamaica with my cat! I know, it was really weird... I don't remember all the details but... it was colorful. Before bed I usually, brush my teeth and read books.

I just kick back and enjoy a nice book. There is really nothing better than a book right before bed. It helps me, relax, and unwind. It also helps me get off to sleep rather easily. There are times where I drift right back to sleep. Sometimes I dream about whatever I read about, which does vary.

I always stand by with my laptop or a novel whenever I have a hard time sleeping. I also drink hot chocolate to make me feel calm. Dream? Sometimes I dont remember it when I wake up. But sometimes I suddenly jump out of bed because of it.

I text my lovey-dovey good night before going to sleep. I always have dreams, in fact I wrote most of it in a diary. And recently, I created a blog with my dreams on it.

I usually text all my friends before sleeping.. I dream almost everytime.. Remember reading it somewhere that ppl with high IQ dream often :P so was happy that I am still getting dreams.. I tend to forget my dreams often.. However one dream which I remember and was really exciting was my fav film actor coming to my house and proposing me.. My mom woke me up in the middle.. I tried sleeping again to continue with my dream but in vain :( ;(

I do sometimes have a hard time sleeping, so I listen to some music or some review recording for trainings and stuff.. this week, I think I dream about often times about my ex completely getting over me. It does makes me feel sick though but it somehow shows reality. It give me a slap on the face to tell me and convince myself to forget him. I think its kinda helpful coz now I`m not quite affected anymore with him having someone else.. I finally accept it all..

Before bedtime, I usually prepare all my stuff I need for the next day. Then, I get ready for bed like getting a shower, brushing my teeth and what other stuff to do. After which, I head to bed and get a snooze out of it.
