Kids saw Santa today

My 4 children got to see Santa today. We went to the local VFW to see Santa today. The 3 older ones were so excited and couldnt wait. My 17 month old on the other hand screamed! She did not like him at all. Hopefully next year will be a little bit better. I wish I was able to get a good picture of her with Santa but the tears are not worth it. The baby got a little play tea set, my stepson got a Toy Story operation game, my oldest daughter got an easy bake oven and my middle daughter got an activity thing with markers and papers for it. Around here Santa is not exactly too cheap. How about your children. Have they seen Santa yet this year? If so, did you let them open their gift and did they like it?

We haven't had the opportunity to see Santa yet this year, but I still intend to make it so that the kids can have pictures taken with Santa. Around here, Santa tends to give the kids a coloring book and a candy cane. It really isn't very much but they are happy with it. I do, however, remember going to see Santa at the VFW when I was a child and I do remember that there were some very nice gifts that I got from Santa there.
