How reliable paybox is?

Hi to all myloters!
I am an earlybird member of paybox, a coming soon payment processor in the net. I have already more than $500 in my account, and sooner the paybox will be open to public on april next year. Now my concern is, is this site is really reliable? I would like to ask all your opinions especially to those also earlybird user of paybox.

Well I don't have much hope in this Paybox concept. Either they will not launch at all or may launch with this equation.
100000 Paybox dollars = 1 US dollar.
Their TOS says that Paybox dollars is not equivalent to US dollars.
They need to do that because looking on their current statistics they need to give their users millions of dollars when they launch (personally I don't believe they will launch, I still believe it is a phishing site used to collect the emails of people)

They can sell this email ids to spammers and make money. I had an experience. Once I joined such a site and the next month the spam folder of my email id had more than 16,000 spam mails. Fortunately it was a waste email id for me.

They are just collecting emails of many people and they will sell to scam people as rojish said earlier.

No one can tell for now. I have $1000+ in my balance, and I am wondering if how can they pay such amount if many early birds have such amount or even higher. Currently, we are voting for merchants where we can spend our balance. Then what? What if the place you voted for will not win? Will the balance can be used? I have many questions in my mind now. But such cannot be answered sooner. So, I have to wait. Besides, I have not spend much of my time there and not invested anything. Nothing to lose.

I have mixed feelings about Paybox. We have nothing to lose by joining in my opinion.
We must realise though that those are not real dollars, as stated in their TOS. They are an onsite currency which we can use online, though how and for what is not clear yet.
I am going to wait and see

they should have stated the value of the paybox dollar at the beginning because till they say that the site is like a gambling site because you don't know what you get for the dollar value.there is a big chance that the site go scam because i sen few sites do that.

I am a member of the paybox too.. but I am suspicious about this site.. 1) because the amount it is giving for just signing up is to good to be true..2) because there seems to be another site(payment processor) with the same name.
