Does subscriptions help in getting traffic?

I would to clarify about "Force Subscription". Force Subscription means you pay someone just to subscribe even if that someone has no interest in your blog or site. Result will be you are spending money for nothing because that person doesn't care about the subscription, he / she is more concern with the subscription reward unless that person can benefit something from your site.

If someone subscribe to your blog that means that someone likes your blog post and that someone is also interested to your next post that is why he or she subscribed unless that someone is force to do subscription to your blog. The more people subscribe to your blog, the higher page view you get and the more you get ranked in any search engine.
