Like in the Philippines when you ask people why you are going abroad? More than 80% answer is to earn more money, high opportunity abroad. Why not here? without hesistate they will answer "NO OPPORTUNITY" if ever have low salary offer and not permanent job. Those are the common scenarios observed and known. More than 1 million workers from Philippines far away from home because of work and opportunity. To whom this problem or situation blame.. to the person or to the government or to whom? Might be not only in the Philippines even in other countries with the same situation, just open your mind and share to us. see you around

Hi Visavis, That is the most common lines that I too hear here in India. Anyone who plans to go abroad has this one - "More Money" and it all ends up with - "No Opportunities here". It is not about the fact that we dont have opportunities here. Things are different - We do not have 1. Respect for work here - if you see someone cleaning the cars, you say - Aw. he is a lowly person and there - you kill the instincts of that person mercilessly and straight. 2. People think - We are completing our Degree in Computers. I will not drive a bus or work as a librarian. - Here, they fail to see that they can contribute and work (somewhere dignity of labor comes into play here too) 3. Value of money (our local currency) is less - A Dollar is more powerful still and that is another reason - you fail to realize when you are in a different country you would spend there and so the things would be similar but we fail to see that aspect. No one would accept his/her fault and so best is to blame on someone or something where no one is concerned - so - "No Opportunity" Cheers, theSids.

it happened in my country as well that people go to another country to look for a better job because there is no opportunity in our home country... i am one of them... i think the government has a part to be blame for this situation even though not entirely... the individuals have a part to be blame as well as opportunity will come to the person who look for it... take care and have a nice day...

were overpopulated and the government is struggling to provide work so there is a high rate of unemployment. both the government and citizens has its fault bcuz it seems this country is a factory of babies. the government should constantly remind the public and provide society with knowledge on family planning. however, the people also lack goal-setting within the family. i guess we need to have advance thinking and implement two-child policy. afterall, its a commonsense.

rather hard to give a comment, because i have face it in my country too... but we should not blame anyone else. someone whom to blame is ourselves because we cannot create / see our own opportunity to earn money and fulfill our needs. many peoples able to run their business and create his own opportunity and give it to the other person why we cannot follow his path or his business secret how to get opportunity we cannot depend on government and private sector only.. we must stand with our own ability to survive

Hi thanks to your response, why we cannot blame anyone like government since they are not creating enough jobs for our people. Opportunity are lack in our country which government support are vital to have their people to give the best... instead of other country will gain. see you around
