Are you up to date when paying the rent of your apartment or space you are in?

Well, you were really blessed to find such good samaritan who really have the spirit of Christmas in their hearts. But just like you, wondering what was the reason of your mother in doing so. It could have been a big problem for the family if it happens that you have a not-so-good landlady. And probably, it could be your friendship with his son that saved you from that crisis. hi insulin I hope for all your sakes you will get it all sortedout fy January first. What a sweetheart your owner of your apartment building is as we got behind one month when my son lost his job and we could not scrap up enough money to pay all the rent, he wou ld not budge but just gave an eviction notice. so now after two years I have to live here in this retirement center as I do have my social security and ssi checks as i am partly physically handicapped while my son who was stillout of work got gov. help to get into a gov.paid apt. with three other men all out of wo rk. he has a parttime job now but still not making enough 'oney to be able to get us into an apartment again and be able to pay the rent. when I got stuck here we were sure it would only be for a short time but the economy only got worse so now at 84 I am so hoping we will have a much better new year and he will get a really great job. so we really hit bad and worse and worst. but the economy just has to get b etter now. I am so glad for you and your parents that your l andlord was so kind and yes I think you are blessed. two and a half years ago I never dreamed that all this horrible stuff would happen to us.

I suppose in defense to your mother she did not want to worry other family members and or was way too embarrassed, which in fact was the wrong thing to do as perhaps you all could have helped sooner. We are not late at all, but I do know others, particularly my boyfriends mother. She lives in another state and tried to refinance her home with the new stimulus packaging that were offered two years ago. So instead of continuing to pay the mortgage she spent the money and two day before Christmas she confessed she had not paid her mortgage for 18 months. Oh MY GOD, is all we could think as none of us could help with 18 months of mortgage payments. So I got on the telephone with the mortgage company, and we agreed to payment plan that now my boyfriend and I will be responsible for a very long time. I cannot believe she was not foreclosed sooner and why on earth did she let this happen. Ugh. But she is responsible for future payments as this is all we can do which will now hurt us financially.

hi, sometimes i pay my apartment on time, and there's a time also that i pay late. because of many reasons i have. but i always talk to the owner if my payment is late. just to inform her.
