First Impression isn't the best Impression !!!

It is quiet funny that people think they can read me correctly...infact they never did!I wonder if they can ever!
This has been the case with 90% of my close friends.
We tend to discuss about our very first interactions when we do not have anything better to talk about!
One phrase which best describes me is "I'm not what i look like" ... rather i'm quiet opposite!
Being tall,calm,mascular with a "I dont give a damn attitude" --- majority of folks conclude that i'm
Arrogant ---- as they would get one straight answer for their questions.Nothing more or less.I get straight to the point...i see that people do have a problem with these kinda attitude!
Dumb --- i strongly believe in being silent.They get shocked only when i talk stuff!
Student who sucks @ studies --- lol this is somehow related to my body.haha I have been said by my juniors(who are girls) that guys with good body can never be studious which is a bit odd in my view!Me getting into brawls is an affirmative for them!
Reluctant to interact with strangers --- only those whom i believe gets to interact with me.As of others i can be a hard nut to crack!
Above all i'm sooo cool --- they would get to know "as how cool i'm" only when they try to mess with me 
People who see me directly fail to extract as what i'm exactly at a go ... dont you think its quiet silly of me to expect one sulking babes with limited brains to understand me!

Well I guess this statement is surely not true for all people. Personally I don't able to interact well with people when i met them first time. So They never can imagine what I am capable of.. .. But after two or three meeting I can explorer my self properly.. some thinks that I am shy in nature . May be and I am trying to change only this part of my nature.

Instead of changing this particular habit try to spend more time with the ones you feel free with eventually you would get over with the shy nature coz i have been in your shoes for years...i really doubt if i'm still in lol
I'm shy in some ways ... the way i carry it off projects me to be one arrogant hunk.

I simply like you for who you perceive me to be. In other words how I read you based on your posts is a caring and helping person.
I will never forget the first discussion I responded to you where as you were I believe you were exercising and someone stole your sandals. Now how is that for a great memory.
See I do not spend time trying to figure people out, I take time to contribute to wonderful caring people.

for me, people shouldnt judge until they get to know someone. thats what i always do. when i first meet someone i do think things but never say out loud. once ive got to know someone, if i feel the same then i will say something otherwise i keep quiet

I really don't much care what people conclude about me...as long as they stay out of my way. Anyone with the teeniest little brain knows that I am a decent person and if they want to waste their precious time disliking me, that is their character defect not mine.

Happy New Year to you as well. When I was younger I often found people judged me as well because of how I looked. They automatically assumed that I was stuck up. Even my own husband when he first saw me he assumed he would have no chance with me. Until a mutual friend introduced us and we talked and he realized I was actually a nice person. I had a lot of people think that way of me, and my friend's would always tell them that I was very nice, and when people would get to know me they were surprised at how nice I was because they figured I thought I was better then everyone else. I have never been like that in my life. I like people and I have always been nice to all people, but if people don't actually take the time to get to know people and just judge them on looks they may be missing out on getting to know really nice people.

ive ran into that. usually i can read people well but they always peg me as innocent, shy, traditional, goody goody and dumb.. when im the opposite and i love watching people be shocked when they realized they were wrong

Exactly...its really bad that one who is silent is being tagged to be prouder or showing some sort of attitude which isn't true infact.

Hiya sunny,
People get the wrong end of the stick about me too sometimes. I am usually very quiet but very outgoing as well. I like to listen to others for ages before I take any stage in their conversation that is most of the time.
I can be very outgoing and take up a conversation with someone whom I don´t even know and we can all be laughing in a few seconds.
I know what you mean about how People see you. At School this was another problem for me being very small and very quiet even that could cause People to get negative opinions about you. How about that for not even saying a word?
But when I did speak in Class I did used to leave them with their Mouths open sometimes too.

Most people likes to judge upon what they see. It's common and i've learnt to accept it because once they had such fake impression of us, it's not easy to convince them otherwise. SO rather than wasting my time explaining it to them, i will let things be. It's good if some people can see the real me, if not, it's too bad for them.

First of all HAPPY NEW YEARS TO ALL OF MY-LOT...
Second they do that to me all the time. And when they truly know who I am, they are like "oh you are a cool guy" and i am like "of course I am a cool guy, what did you think I was". He told me I was the boring guy who does never hang out or does anything fun. Once he got to know me he knew I was pretty fun to hang around with.
