Hodgson close to a sack at Liverpool?

Looks like the American owners of Liverpool are closely looking at the situation at Liverpool and might sack Hodgson shortly. Hodgson did himself no favors by alienating himself from the fans by making the comment "He had never had the famous Anfield Support." What are your views on Hodgson getting the sack? Cheers! Ram

The only thing that matters is does he have his players attention and respect? If not, he should be sacked. If the players are not buying into his ideas , then he is lost.

Ok. Good. Coach swapping happens all the time in my favorite sport , hockey.It seems the players stop listening to the coach and then soon he is fired. I hope they can work it out.

If he were sacked, who would replace him? What the fans think about the right person who can bring Liverpool back to the top level? I think Liverpool should buy the right players.

Once Kenny Dalglish threw his had in the ring for the manager's post, I was actually surprised to see Roy get the job. So I think the fans would prefer to see Kenny back. Cheers! Ram

i do hope this is end of career hodgson in liverpool he is not deserve to be liverpool coach i think even iam not liverpudlian

I agree. People got carried away by his one season at Fulham where he did really well for the Cottagers. But Liverpool is a big club with much higher expectations. And he has disappointed @ Liverpool. Cheers! Ram

Hodgson is just a couple of bad results away from the boot. He recent comments about the fans will be the finak straw. If he lost against Bolton. That will be the final straw.
