I had an issue as well at one point. Said I was paid (on the site, but paypal didn't show it).. It took weeks to get it, and it turned out to be an issue with paypal itself, not the site. I would ask them for a proof of payment sent, and contact paypal with if you don't get it in about a week.

That site is good site. I think perhaps you should check what paypal email you have given to them and again you check you paypal account. I got many times payout from them its not cheat as per me.

I would double check your paypal information that is on file with the site, and then try to contact them again, give them a few days though as it is a holiday and they may be out of the office depending on the size of their staff. If they still say that they sent it but its not showing up in your paypal account contact paypal to see if there is something wrong on their end, wouldnt be the first time ive seen someone have problems with paypal.
