Apparently there's no inactivity on Triond.

I hadn't signed in to Triond for over a year up until recently, but the funny thing was, I was still getting monthly payouts from them for content I'd submitted back when I was active. I love that I don't really have to be active on the site but I can still earn. I also love that their payout is only 50 cents a month and it's automatically deposited into your Paypal account. Well, I just signed in since I saw I was still active and still getting payments.. and I discover that now they give you a referral link, so you can refer your friends (last I knew they did not do that) and they allow you to integrate your Google Adsense account. Google ads will show up on your content and if clicked you and Triond will split the money for that click! So this has resparked my interest and I've submitted 2 new articles in the past week (since I have a lot more stuff to talk about than I did a year ago!). How well are you earning on your Triond account? Have you gone inactive? Do their newer features inspire you to become active again?

kats, that is one of the beauties with triond, it can be a never ending residual income. From what I understand of the really avid writers up there is that if you per say upload 300 - 500 articles you can have a really nice monthly long lived residual income. Trouble is there are not enough hours in a day for me to accomplish this. I will be pursing it much more this year, as the few articles I do have up there have earned me the small payout on a monthly basis. So I have to be a bit more active up there to really gain the benefit of it. Happy writing to you and Happy earnings.

I do not have near that much.. I probably have closer to 50.. and much of that is photos which aren't earning me a cent! But I am getting payments every month.. even though the payments are less than $1.

@hardworkinggurl, but if you play your SEO & traffic generation cards right you do not need 500 articles to earn $350 to $400 per month. In fact, it is possible with less than 100 articles. There are two ways to earn from these article sharing sites: 1) Write more content 2) Get more traffic to your existing content 3) Or do both Remember: Work Smarter Not Harder

I think I signed up on Triond a long time ago but like the others found it real overwhelming to figure out! However, I believe I will go back and give it another try! Thanks for the 411!!

I never had an issue getting started on it.. but when I joined I was already on Helium which I didn't like very much. It took me well over a year on Helium to earn their $25 pay out, even though I had like 200 articles on there. So I took some of my older articles on Helium, the ones that really were no good, I re-wrote them, and published them on Triond instead. I do not have a ton of content on Triond, but it's enough to get me payout every month, which is all I care about.

I'd heard of Triond but for some reason I'd never signed up. However, you've gotten my interest up now and since you say they now give a referral link I've requested you as my friend and I'd really appreciate it if you accepted and PMed me your link. What the heck, even 50 cents here and here is better than nothing in this economy, right...lol? Annie

I've never heard of Triond. I don't do anything with writing articles as I don't know what to say and English was never my best subject in class *LOL* But sounds neat that you can keep earning on previously written articles. I bet you get paid by them just being viewed?

Are they particular on how things go? I just signed up thru your link to check it out. Of course it's prompting me to write an article but of course I have many questions as far as siting refrences and or do you just go with things you know about and or have an opinion on? Have you seen any of your content posted anywhere else? It says they basically put it on whatever site for you. Just curious...

I do not site references.. I just write what I know. I wrote an article on how to lose weight.. by taking baby steps, etc. I am sure my articles are not the greatest.. I do not consider myself an accomplished writer.. I just write whatever pops into my head. Honestly the other day I was poking around and saw someone published an article on Triond about next season's Dancing With The Stars line-up.. and I promise you it was totally made up. ABC has not released their line up, and there's no way they'd have the likes of Vince Vaughn, Courtney Cox.. they were all A lister's.. no way! Had to be someone just publishing something to make cash.. crazy! Triond publishes everything on various sites, based on what the topic is. Triond is just the middle man basically.

I've actually never been a member of Triond. The reason that I haven't become a member there is because of the fact that I started writing with Helium not too long ago and I like to only try to work with one new site at a time. However, I will say that the information that you've shared about Triond really has sparked my interest and for that reason, I'm definitely marking that as the next new site for me to try out.

I was on Helium and I did not like it.. mainly because it took me far too long to reach payout. Triond is much easier.. and you can delete content if you no longer want it out there.

I have a Triond account, but I never get any views. Do you have any tips for getting people to view your articles. Thank you. Have a nice day.

No, as I said, I'm not very active. Most of my articles get views all on their own. Perhaps you need to submit more content. Perhaps your content isn't catchy enough to get the attention.

You must learn to promote yourself. Facebook,MySpace and other social sites are a good place to begin with. If you are a writer who writes about a certain topic most of the time, find all the forums you can that talk about your topic and begin posting your links in with your discussions. I only recently learned the value of this. I went from twenty hits a day to two hundred. My next goal is one thousand hits a day. I wish you all the best of luck. Add me as a friend and I will add you and read your work.

I don't have very many articles on triond, so I don't get paid very often, but it's fun when I do. I think I end up making $1 per year, it really isn't a lot.

Oh what great news! I haven't logged into my account in forever. I didn't know about the photos, I have tons of those. My son is a photographer and has taken some great food photos for my blog. I just might upload some of them. Thanks for the info and happy new year to you and your family!

Go for it! My photos don't get many views.. but I do not take many great photos. Mostly I've uploaded pics I've taken while at the zoo and stuff like that. Hope you have better luck than I do!

I'm new on Triond. I've only written one article, I think. I'm working on about 3 sights, hey come to think of it, I think I actually have five or six on that sight. Sorry, I can't keep up with my writing sites. I'm trying out about 4 right now to see which one I'd rather stay with.

hello katsmeow! i am fairly new to triond and i have not yet reached payout. However, i have heard many positive feedback from this site, which encouraged me to write even more for this site. I just hope and pray that i would be able to reach payout soon. I don't know of any other site which does not require activity to remain active on their site and it's definitely nice and good of you to share this information to everyone here. However, i had been informed too that by remaining active and writing constantly and submitting it to triond, you could increase your earning even more.

Well of course the more active you are the more you'll earn. My earnings have jumped considerably over the past couple weeks because I've been active again and even starting to promote some of my articles.

I cannot post a referral link on a discussion.. or it would be deleted. But typically many of us post our referral links on our profile pages.. so you should look there.

that is so good... you don't have to do anything and still get paid for it... how great it is... i would like something like that as well... passive money... but the problem is, i'm not good in writing articles and i don't think i can contribute a lot to triond... had heard about this site from many mylotters... but haven't joined yet until now... hope you can build up your earnings more on that site... good luck... take care and have a nice day...

Great thing isn't it, i have been inactive for more than 2 years and yet i still also earn few cents every month for my submitted articles, the site is more like mylot that continue to give you earnings even if you are inactive for a long time. Guess i could go back into writing when i find more time and inspiration

I've just heard a thing or two about triond but I didn't really know how it worked. Do you just write articles about anything? Like do you have to pick a topic, or can you just run your mouth about something that has happened in your life? If you have an account there and can use referrals send it to me. I'll give it a try. I'll try to stay active but I'm in a few things and sometimes I find it hard to stay active on them all at one time.

That is really good to hear that Triond doesn't delete inactive members and will keep paying them even though they're not active on Triond. This is what I would call a true passive income. Do the work once and earn forever.

You have to know which one who pay more for each visitor that read on the article that You have wrote. And You have to know where is the place to get free visitor on auto-pilot to that articles.

i visited triond and i did comment on some things but i never really bothered wth it after that and i have not been back since. I guess they have made a few changes since you were there which now seem to be a lot more beneficial. I may end up calling back in there when i get the time.
