my blackberry sprint 8830 dosent....?

I have blackberry sprint 8830 which displays only numbers on its screen even though i have the callers name feeded in the address book.The phone is new. please tell me how to set the settings so that i can see the callers name whose no is present in address book.

You may have security settings that prevent the name showing. Optionssecurity optionsgeneral settingscontent protection. Either disable content protection or make sure it does not include the address book.
