Oh, boy, if I didn't know better, I'd say we are with identical twins, elusive. LOL Yes, mine cops an attitude whenever I am on the computer and interested in something that doesn't involve him. I have gotten those exact words before. It just makes me seethe. How are you gonna handle it? I always give in.

I don't want him to think he has the upper hand, so when he shuts off his computer and leaves the room, I stay on at least 15 or more minutes. He will comment on the fact that I am addicted to the computer. I also write on Gather.com and he gets pretty ticked about that. But, I tell him that I have earned 2, $25 gift cards to Barnes and Noble so far, he is less ticked off.

Well, how is it going? Mine is better now. He plays Battlefield with a good friend of ours. Our friend lives 3 1/2 hours away from us. This is like having him at our home. Not the same, but better than nothing.

It's not too bad, because our chairs are still side by side.. I don't sit at the desk, but by the desk, and use the keyboard on my lap while we're watching t.v. in the evening.. I like to kindly remind him that if I'm not on the computer, I want more say in what we're watching.. I mean a woman can only take so much cars, bikes, building bikes, cars - and that auctioning of the cars show.. how did those auctioneers ever learn to be so annoying?! The building the bikes is pretty good though!

Oh yeah, and he laughs at my pennies. Hey we're on a budget now, I just earned a tank of gas in my car!!! My husband is clingy, so he needs to be up my behinds 24/7. He has serious abandonment issues!! (he really does-his mother used to leave him on the corner in DC to go drink and party, but that's a whole other discussion) One day he pranced into the living room singing D-I-V-O-R-C-E. Hysterical, I almost peed my pants laughing at that one.

My hubby just came in to the computer room and commented that I need to get off the computer and clean up the mess in the kitchen. This is a mess he made when making oliebollen and appelflappen. I tell my husband that I am paying for the computer that I might add he bought for me. LOL.

Oh my! Well we don't have that problem. We have 2 computers! hehehe. We are both computer/internet loving freaks so we have two computers. It was horrible when there was just one computer and we had to compete. My husband can stay all night on the computer and sometimes I can too. :)

My hubby can do the same, but it seems I can only be on the pc when he is on the pc. Nevermind that I am earning pin money on Mylot.

When I go back to work I will probably have a major withdrawal. I love the computer. It has been such a great outlet for my creativity. I have gained a great deal of confidence in myself through writing articles and offering advise to others.

My husband doesn't mind what I do online. We each have our own computer anyway. Plus he plays his video games all night--every night! So he'd better not! :) Plus he doesn't mind what I do.

hahahahahahahaha My partner just asks me things like, "You doing the myLot thing still?" or "Are you staying up on the computer again?" I don't think he has gotten too irritated with it because if I were not up on the computer, I would be up reading a book. Besides, I was getting pretty lonely with no one to talk to around here when the kids are at school. HE is the one that suggested that I talk to people online. ha ha So if he gets sick of me being on myLot...I will just remind him of that. :) I also read him some of the things that I post...so maybe that helps me think myLot is not too bad.
