when i have an idea and i think that would be good but i am not in front of my computer, i used to write what comes from my mind. it helps me to not forget the idea.

I tend to just come up with the idea for discussions that I would like to make while I am on mylot and post them straight away. I tend not to think about mylot unless I am on the website, so unlike some people on here I do not go about my daily life thinking "that situation would be a good mylot discussion" or "I would what mylot would think about what that person just said" etc.

Hello Edna, No, because I would write topics only if I have the chance to thought about it. though I have one topic in mind, can't make a unique discussion tonight since i got a lot of things in my head now. making a topic in the word program will do, I guess i can do that from now on so that i don't have to forget If ever am gonna start one.

Sometimes I do and sometimes I don't. It depends on when a good idea comes to mind. I usually have my trusty pen and paper nearby to record all my ideas. of course, I try to be as articulate as the best as I can when I encode the question discussion here. Sometimes, I catch ideas while I'm surfing the net or even exploring this site alone. For me, inspiration comes from every corner of everywhere.

no i don't actually... i just post whatever come to my mind instantly... if i plan something on my mind, most of the times i forget about them before i have the chance to post them in mylot... so for now i just take things naturally... whatever comes into my mind at the time i am in mylot, i post them straight away... it works better for me... take care and have a nice day...

Not usually. More often a thought comes to my mind and I just run with it! Or sometimes I'll see something somewhere else and think, "Ooh! That'd make a good MyLot Discussion!" and then either jot it down or get on MyLot and post it.

Hi Edna. I don't do that too often. But there were times when an idea just pop out of my mind while I am doing something else. What I do is I jot it down or try to visualize everything so that when I post it here it is already good. But most of the times, I do not plan. I just type whatever that comes to mind. I don't want to really pressure myself in coming up with an idea or topic to discuss. Not even a planned comment to the responses I already got for my topics.

I always plan my every discussions beforehand its easier for me to post and discuss if I planned about it, it will be more nice to respond if I plan about the topics and learned about the questions and answers I have to discuss with. Happy myLotting!!

I do not normally start too many to begin with. But maybe writing down some ideas and thinking them through can be helpful. Sometimes I feel though that if I plan ahead the discussion perhaps may already be duplicated. So when I am about to begin any type of discussion I will search first to see if it is not already started. I find this way for me is more helpful then pre-planning too much where as later it will be effortless.

I always plan my discussions ahead of time, since it takes me awhile to decide on a topic i think others will find interesting.I will say i respond to others dicussions a lot more than i start any since i sometimes find it difficult coming up with interesting topics and i just won't post a thread just for the sake of starting a discussion that has no meaning for me. Starting a discussion for no other reason than to hope you get some responses , in my opinion is just not the thing to do.

I never plan ahead of time before posting in here. When i start a discussion, it comes up only upon opening of mylot. I start with making responses to other discussions which interest me and then something would just come up in my head and i start my own discussion too. I like being spontaneous in mylot and i don't want to think that this is a job at all. Mylot is something that i do to cheer me up.

I have opened very very less no of discussion by my own. I used to participate in others' discussion. Actually I have never thought about the discussions I had opened. It just came in my mind, and I wrote. But regarding others' discussion, yes I used to think and decide whether this topic I am really interested in or not and used to give a reply if its possible.

Often, if I have a question that I want to ask, I will write it down and then ask it at a later time, because I have many questions that I want to respond to. And then if there is a time, when I need to ask a question I can post mine. Today though, I really wanted an answer to a specific question...so I posted it as soon as I thought of it. I guess you could say I go in cycles :)
