Hi guys! I think I have a problem in working out at the gym. I've been working out for how many months but still I cannot get the body I want. I already gain weight but today my weight did not increase anymore. I also gain muscle but I want is to be buffed. What should I do with my problem? would you give me advices or recommend some things that I need to do to reach the body I'm aiming for. thank you guys! :)

Greetings, mate :) As I have observed, you must be really determined in the gym so you do work out a lot. I think there is one thing stopping you: diet. Exercise alone can't trim you down. You need to have the right diet for you to buff up and loose that unwanted fat. Sometimes you have to drink so much water that you will be forced not to eat much. I hope you do get the point.

HEY BRO MY PROBLEM JUST RESEMBLE U................. I.M A SMART LOOKIN CHAP WITH WEIGHT OF 63KGs AND HEIGHT OF 1M 78CM....I,M TRYING HARD ON GYM BUT COULDN,T GET ENOUGH MASS TO BUILT MY PHYSICQUE IN TO A DECENT AND HEALTHY ONE...I DON WANA LOOK LEAN AND WANA PUT UP SOME MASS BESIDE MAKING SHAPE IN THE GYM...WHAT KIND OF FOOD WOULD U GUYZ PREFER?????????????
