bad odor?

Yes, some people just have bad body odor..I am not really sure what the reason is, maybe they are lazy in cleaning themselves or maybe it's in their genes? God thing i don't really have a problem with that But if I encounter one, I would just quietly walk away.

Hi. asliah. I would have done the same thing too. I would have moved to another seat too. I would also hold my nose as best as I can too. Sometimes I wonder if a person can smell themselves. If they have a very strong body odor, surely they should know about it. If I can smell it, I know that someone else can too.

I have had this happen to me before and I too normally move. I feel bad for some people because they can help having odor but others who have access to shower I wonder if they are just lazy. I know though that some people have odor due to medication or health problem so that sucks for them because there may be not anything for them to do. So I try not to be rude to people who smell mostly because I don't know what there situation is.

This one really is annoying. Sometimes i thin they know that they have odor problems but still they are not ashamed to raise their arms. I cover my nose with a handkerchief or sometimes i would transfer to another seat. If another seat is not available i put my head slightly out the window so i can still smell air. Id rather be taking in polluted air from cars than polluted air from armpits..heheh

This certainly is a growing issue and one that for some it has to do with health problems while for others it could simply be hygiene laziness. It is unfortunate to be near one with the bad body odor, so if I do not know the person I too would far from the smell. If it were someone I knew and cared deeply for I would be compelled to ask and maybe be helpful as I wouldn't want someone to intentionally hurt their feelings.

I think its better to stay away from the person with polite manners and feel safe and sound instead of smelling continually the bad smell and welcoming the headech.

I take the bus everyday to work and I smelled it all. Especially on the way home the buses are packed and people just got of work, sweaty, smelly. A lot of homeless people get on the bus so they can have a warm place to sit for a couple hours. It's worth in the summer when it's hot and the bus has no air. there's really nothing you can do but move down the aisle or get of the bus.

There are really people who perspire a lot. I do not like body odors too. Usually people with that smell are immune of their own odor. That is why they hang their hands without realizing that their smell can go as far as 5 feet or more from them.

Well even i cant resist people with body odor. But if i ever had it, i'll say what the hell you can't do anything about it, :p its your bad day go on with that smell. Though ya i'll wish to get home as soon as possible :p

Good Day! Well, I've experienced smelling those body odors and its hard for me to tell them that they have body odor so I just ignore them. i just wait for them to notice themselves that they have a body odor. I'll wait for someone else to tell them. Haha!

If I have someone suggested me I have such bad body odor, I might take more shower to get rid of it. Even better, I might spray some perfume all over my shirt or my body before I go out. They might cover up all the odor that annoy other people right? What would you do then?

if my body odor, I will give fragrance / perfume to deodorize the body. and I also like nervous if you have to lift my arm when my arm wet. woooowwww,,, it feels very embarrassed.

If I know I have a bad odor, I'll not prefer going into public places. When I was studying, my seat mate has an extreme body odor. Well, I cannot talk with him about it because he was a shy person. I don't want him to get embarrassed. I'll just face the opposite direction and cover my nose sometimes.

Proper hygiene is very important to prevent body odors. I always stay fresh all the time because I don't want to have that stinky smell. It's really embarrassing.

It's really uncomfortable. It seems that there are different people bad smelling but they don't notice or realize it. Yesterday I went to a shop to recharge my mobile and in front me was a man at the desk smelling badly, unshaved, with dirty hair... and angry about the "bad service" which - in his opinion - he recieved. So I really prefer to take a shower every day and use desodorant and parfum. Even doing so, sometimes we cannot avoid a bad smell but it is even more difficult to afford a bad smell of another person.

That sucks and I'm glad you moved to a different seat. I hope that person knew they stunk and hopefully next time they better hygiene themselves and wear dedorant or spray something on!! Lol :P I bring spray and perfume and dedorant with me in case :)

i use always deodorants or perfume i avoid public transport which have very rush or i will prefer ac buses

haha funny! LOL .. It really disgusting having you a body odor. right? that is why I always put deodorant on my under arm. Because I dont want people to smell me and then look at me in bad faces! haha.. ahmm if i have a seatmate with body odor I wont tell it to him/her instead I will look another chair. Because I am shy if I approach him/her that (HEy! you have body odor try to use deodorant.)LOL. Of course If I have my body odor i wont ever hang my arm because it really smell bad and even though you didn't admit it other people will hate to be with you.
