I am writing a blog on successful people. I am particularly interested in rags to riches stories, but I am not limiting myself to rags to riches stories because there are so many great successful people out there. I know who some of my favorite successful people are...I love Donald Trump, he's one of my favorites and I love Joan Rivers she is definitely one of my favorites. They don't fall into the rags to riches category, but I love them Who are some of your favorites? Just wondering. Share why they are important to you. I am interested in knowing. FriendlyGirl777

i don't have any favourite successful person in the world... for me, being successful doesn't have to be rich... there are other ways that make people successful and being well-known like theologians, historians, missionaries, etc... take care and have a nice day...

When you say most favorite successful person in the life, immediately he person comes to my mind is Sachin Tendulkar. He is a person who has become the most successful and influential person not only in India but throughout the cricket playing countries through his passion to cricket. He has earned all his wealth and fame through his own efforts as such can be termed as rags to reaches man although may not exactly fit the nomenclature.

This may sound odd or ridiculous to you, but for me it's my dad. After all the hardships he went through even while he was very young, I know a quite a bit of his family story, up until the separation, he went on raising all eight of us, his children(actually just the 6 of us needed his full support because the two already had jobs), and although we might not seem like too much trouble, he did suffer too much. Right now, he found a new partner and i am happy to see him happy again. I don't want to go to more details but I can tell you and the rest of the world that I am proud of my dad, proud that he is my father, and definitely one of the most successful people in the world.
