How to be happy with life?

hello everyone, keeping a positive attitude is hard sometimes. but how do you get through the hard times remain content with the direction your life's headed for?

It is very importatnt to have a positive attitude and be confident to be happy in life. It is normal to have tensions in life, but we should keep our confidence and work hard to achieve in life. I will tell you my secret to be happy in life. It is to keep your expectations low and find happiness in every small thing happen in life. For example, you should be happy for having good weather, seeing people happy on the street, having a good breakfast, etc.

hello thanks for your response, Well you have a great Idea. yes, I will follow your opinion for me to be happy in life that i should not push myself in depression. right? I should take all my doing in a positive attitude. thank you so much .

We could think positively about any given situation. We tend to face our problems more correctly when we have a positive attitude.Always remember that there is always a solution to any given problem.

To be happy in life, be associated with positive people can help. It is definitely harder to be in a long term bad mood when you are with happy, positive people (though it can still happen.) You also should find out what your dreams are and see what you've done to work towards those goals. If you are off track, try to come up with a game plan to get closer to those dreams. Finally, find people that you can be yourself around. Nothing can cause as much depression as feeling as if the real you isn't wanted or appreciated. All of these are just tips and aren't guaranteed to make someone happy. I do hope, however, that what I've said does help someone out.

I'd like to share my experience with you,when I depressed I always jogging while listening to music on the ground,you know after do that my psychology and emotion both are inspired But I think the most important is that you can look for your life goal and when you get in trouble ,smile and smile thinking your goal and say to yourself“this is life”I must receive
