How long does it take to get paid for doing a task on mylot?

Although payment is managed by MyLot, the Task Creator has to approve the task and MyLot do not involve themselves in the approval, disapproval or whatever of tasks. The only recourse you have is to send a PM to the Task Creator. When the Task Creator is Sharon Bucks, you can be sure of good and prompt attention, because 'Sharon Bucks' is one of the MyLot staff. When it is anyone else, you are at the mercy of whoever created the task (and also at the mercy of MyLot Admin who may delete the task if it does not comply with the Guidelines). All in all, this is a very unsatisfactory situation and needs to be managed a great deal better by MyLot who are, after all, providing the medium and are responsible to a certain extent, in my view, to the people who undertake tasks. It is wise to be patient and to wait for, perhaps, 7 days for approval of your task. After this, though, I think that you should contact MyLot - repeatedly, if necessary - using the Contact link found at the bottom of every page.

Well I never done any of the task offered by the members, they aren't really worth the money IMO. Since these are offered by other members of MyLot, so your payment typically depends on them as well. There are many source of income in Mylot.com, tasks are just some side earnings. The best way to earn money in MyLot is to participate in discussions! So far i'm earning more than expected, and i'm enjoying it! Happy Mylotting!

It varies. Some taskers pay promptly, while others... Well I once waited a week to get paid for some articles I did. I did get paid the person was just a bit slow in the payment. And yes that person posted a lot of new tasks up while I was waiting for payment.
