Can your Cat do tricks?

My cat can give me shake. He's also a good catcher and when we throw toys at him, he always catches it like he's playing football, even if it's really high up in the air. He's now aware that door knobs have something to do with opening and closing a door, but since it's round he can't seem to turn it with his strength yet. We have this other door with a door knob with a lever, I'm thinking of teaching him how to open it himself. Which tricks can your cat perform?

My cats could massage me as well, but they do that when they are purring only, after they stomach full. Maybe its they way they say "thanks" ^^. They follow me wherever I go, I let them in my bed room, where they get together when I sit or rest on the bed. Two of them (totally black in color) usually get on my chest and sit there, its warm, like a blanket. While the other one, which is tri colored always angry if those two get the nearest space to my face. I dont really like the "competition", because sometimes the competition is tight and I even do not a space to breath. The blacks like to "lick" my feet, like they usually do with their fur, it is like a massage to me, while the tri colored cat often kiss my mouth while I rest. Now they are gone, but I do have a lot of picture of them. They surely gave me a nice memory to keep

I'm sorry they are gone now. You must miss them a lot! That's cute that they always fought over you.

I have a cat who wakes me up in the morning. When its already 5am and I'm still asleep, I would hear my cat "meow". When I open my eyes, to my surprise I see my cat lying beside me, looking at me and saying "meow".

Is she/he asking for food? My cat always wakes me up in the morning to feed him! He rubs his whiskers on my face because he knows I don't like that, or he'd grab my nose with his paws.

two of mine used to fetch when they were younger..they've gotten too lazy now tho one of my black cats opens doors-the knob kind, not the latch-and he's unfortunetly teaching his baby sister how.she really can't do it yet tho because she doesn't have the weight behind it he does.he's a big boy.

My cat's pretty young still, I hope he doesn't stop once he gets old.

I think the only trick that my cats know is asking for food, LOL! But they're really sweet and they always play with me even on times that I don't feel like playing with them. But almost on occasions when I'm doing something that involves decorating or boxes they always get curious of what I'm doing and then play inside the box or the decorations ^_^ I do see them sometimes standing on two feet when they play :) They also always greet me every time I come home, even if I'm still far away from the house and they see me coming they would run towards me meowing (that sounds like talk or mumble) and then, yes, ask for food, hehehe! Also, one of my cats, when I go of the house and just walk around outside the house she would follow me and then sometimes play by my feet and sometimes just stand by there until I go back inside ^_^ No special tricks really, but just cute cat bonding gestures ^_^

I wish that my cats could do some tricks. they are cute and cuddly and very independent. If they could do some tricks, they would be even more entertaining than they already are.

Hi there, Well, my cat only knows some very easy trick to do. It was somewhat weird. Whenever she sees me, I know she'll ask for food. When I pas by her, she will rub her body on my legs and over and over. And also, she will roll-over the floor like a dog whenever she likes to play something. Sometimes I call her "my doggy-cat". LOL
