I do, infact I do brush my teeth every meal and before going home. My officemates don't do this. I wonder how they can take the smell of the foods that they just eaten or maybe it washes away. What about you?

I'm sorry but I don't see any weird in that. I do that at break time, I don't have supervisor that looks at me everytime, I only have the owner of the company which also work at his own company. I can say that we are free to do things we like expect that we are not violating the rules and regulation and we do our job well. My routine is after lunch break or going home, I always go to the comfort room first to brush my teeth.

My dentists says that you only have to brush twice day, and you have to do it correctly. You should not brush after every meal because there the enamel will become thinner from constant brushing. If I need a fresh breath, I get a mint or a mouthwash.

The best thing to do is to floss. You can also gargle plain water to get food particles out so that it will not rot in your mouth. Also, although it's good to chew mint once in a while, don't make it a habit. It has sugar in it which can also weaken your teeth.

I do floss if there is small particle leave in between teeth but it doesn't freshen my breathe.

I can't help it, specially when I ate meat, it leaves a small particle in between my mouth and only brushing will do. I think that's explain why my teeth is weak. Thank you for enlightening me, I really appreciate that. I will probably brush less and have a breath freshener or chews.

No I don't! I don't bring a whole lot with me to work. Food, coffee, etc. But not my toothbrush! I only brush once in the morning and once at night. But I'm sure your dentist appreciates what you do. lol

They can always bring a mouthwash and gargle instead of toothbrush. But i really prefer brushing my teeth than just gargle mouthwash after eating. I too bring toothbrush and toothpaste at work or anywhere i go..just in case i would need it when i get to eat something that really smells bad (but tastes good anyway). I never take out those two things in my bag so i never forget to bring it.

In replacement of toothbrush or mouthwash, I bring menthol candy to refresh my mouth. The feeling is good when your mouth is fresh.

Hi dear, I don’t carry this to office. Normally I brush up my teeth in the morning and at night before bed time only. After lunch time, I don’t think it is required. As I am particular that I want to be clean every food, I used to was properly and even after having a tea also, I wash my mouth if possible. It feels good. But carrying brush and past to office is not practical for me. Also, as I don’t have any teeth problems, I am happy at all times in this matter. Thank-s

Hello there! I am not carrying my toothbrush everyday, instead I put it at the bottom of my table and leave it there. I think it applies the culture, it's part of our culture to brush our teeth every meal specially lunch meal. I also seen women who brush their teeth at the mall. That's why we have travel toothbrush so that we can carry every where we go. Thanks for stopping by.

Hi there! Brushing one's teeth is one of the basic personal hygiene routine for me. I actually have a toothpaste tube and toothbrush kept in my office drawer. That way I don't have to carry them whenever I go to work. I keep it there so I can brush my teeth after meals and whenever I feel like brushing my teeth. Normally I take my lunch in the office during weekdays and we do have snacks from time to time so it is "safer" to keep a toothpaste and toothbrush handy to prevent unwanted and awkward "dragon breath" after eating. I have workmates who are smokers and they also make it a point to brush their teeth after some puffs. So far most of us do have a toothbrush and toothpaste in our workplace because most of the time we would queue in the lavatory to freshen up our breaths hehehe. I hope your office mates will be as hygienic like you so you won't have to deal with awkward "dragon breaths" from time to time...hehehe just kidding! Have a good day and happy mylotting!

Hello there! I guess most Filipino are brush their teeth at work specially those working in the office. Well, some of my officemate, even if they don't brush their teeth, don't have that "dragon breath", well, sometimes I could say that there is but from time to time they also having coffee break.

I always bring a toothbrush in a small bag. I just don't like it when I feel that my breath stinks and I am allergic to mouth sprays. So I keep a toothbrush handy. And for those who will say that germs are lurking in my toothbrush because I store it in my bag while wet, well, I have resolved this "problem". I place my toothbrush underneath the hand dryer and it takes a few minutes to dry my toothbrush before I store it away.

That's nice that you are concern about your oral health . I hate those people who has bad breathe and aware that they had bad breathe but do not do anything about it. Talking to stinky breathe is pretty annoying, I have to hold my breathe for a while and that's tough for me.

I brush my teeth only at home in the morning and there is no need to bring them at work. We can eat some mouth refreshner after food to get teh food smell away and there is no need to brush the teeth every time we eat something. May be brushing teeth after eating everytime but I cannot do that for sure. Thank You for sharing.

I think many people will not bring tooth brush and tooth paste to work. That is something uncommon, and no one will brush their teeth after every meal. The most we will use water to wash the food residue away by gargle with water. That will help except you ate something really smelly like "durian".

I work at the office, actually this is like a studio type and residential, we got mezannine and a small comfort room. If you work in a small office you can bring your own toothbrush but if you work in a bigger company they had partition in the comfort room and that's more like a commercial comfort room. I always do this in every company that I work with.

Hi. laniekins. No. I have never brought my toothbrush with me to work at all. I will just chew a piece of chewing gum that will clean my teeth really well until I get home to brush them. Continue to keep up the great work by brushing your teeth at work.

I am 65 now, when i was a kid the only tooth paste in the market here in my place in india was Colgate and Colgate tooth powder, in my family some used powder, some the paste. I use Colgate total now and the herbal tooth powder from Ramdeb baba ashram ,I gargle with Listerene too.
