All these years, I have heard about people talking about STRESSES and how it is affecting their lives, their health (most of all), relationships, spiritually and etc. Whenever I am down or feeling uneasy about certain issues at work or in the family, I would attribute this to STRESS! On second thought, I am thnking to myself, WHAT IS STRESS EXACTLY? Are they (the stresses) is an emotional disturbance to us OR our disability to handle certain given tasks (either at work or else where)? So, what EXACTLY trigger stresses?

It is a little bit of both. However a stress is not necessarily your inability to handle a situation. It's just a momentary feeling that you can't handle the situation right away. This uneasy feelings are tackled in due time. But the method of handling the stress depends on individual understanding and past experience. Someone may treat stress with natural flexibility which reduces the pressure. What triggers stress is called a stressor. A state of stress can be identified with several physical symptoms like sudden increase in the level of adrenaline, increase in blood pressure etc. However there is an internal defense mechanism which differs from person to person. But everyone finds his own way of dealing with it eventually. To learn more about stress you may read this article http://www.bukisa.com/articles/409837_how-to-deal-with-stress I don't write on psychology anymore since I am concentrating more on portraying abnormal psychology in fiction. But if you want to know more you can surely ask me.

Stress is a feeling that we feel when we react on a certain event. WE could react in two different kind of stress (Good Stress or Bad Stress). When we react positively on certain event, we could say that we have good stress and on the other hand if we react negatively on a certain event, we could say that we have bad stress. Either way, this stress contributes to the well being of a human body, particularly the heart. Also we can get bad stress through eating fast foods (or food cooked poorly). Stress can also add up oxidants in our body whick can lead to serious health problems.
