Hi everyone.... I am not sure is this discussion is related to friend interest or not as this is a matter of friend... so i have inputed it here.
Okay. I have a friend and who is a noted poet here in my country (in regional language). We have been being friends for almost 17 years.. so he sometimes comes to my home. His activities are same as a nomad. He is a thinker and sleep less and arise more. Days ago he came to my home and was resting in my room. I was not at home that time but my mom welcomed him. When i came, i became delighted seeing him as he was crowned with a honor just days ago from the literary society of my province. Let them go. The main point is...
When i was about to changed my dress, i found that one of my underwears is missing. I began to search it and later my friend informed me that it's on his hip. Oh... reason. He did not wash it for days and bad odor came out. He has thrown it through my window and worn mine.
Only two question to all of you. 1. can you wear someone's underwear what ever the situation is or already have worn? 2. Do you wash it daily and change?
For me.... To 1. no, never and no way. 2. yes, when i bath.
So what about you? please share. Thanks in advance.

If the underwear are given to me brand new or wrapped up in its original condition, I will wear them. Only if they are clean and brand new!!! No used underwear! I do wash and change my underwear daily. When they are dirty, I put them in the dirty clothes sack so that it can be washed. It is no use in putting on clean underwear when a person has not washed down there below. Your friend should not have borrowed your underwear at all. He should have asked you. And he should never wear another persons underwear when they are used. My mother-in-law asked to borrow a pair of my underwear once, I did not let her. I thought that was very unclean and nasty. Being that I did not have any new underwear to give to her, I thought that this was very yucky!

yes, me too. I never prefer anyone's used underwear. If it is a shirt or pant and washed, then no problem to me. I also washed it almost daily basis...
No, he is an unique person and no one can make him understood. Really he is dirty and nasty. Have a nice day and take care.

This sounds really funny. But one thing I don't say that this doesnot happens in other country. This happens. When we were in hostels I had lot of friends who used to exchange their underwears just like sharing a puff. So its normal for someone who doesnot change his underwear for days to wear someone else's underwear. But for me I will never do because I am very particular about this. Secondly I do wash my underwears because its really very mandatory to feel good when you go out.Because if you are not ok with underwears your behavior may change.

Yeah, yeah, yeah... i always remember those funny days of my hostel life. We often exchanged our dresses and try to fascinate girls. lol. But never to an underwear but i lost my underwears in my hostel life and i guessed some of my hostel mets steal them and worn. i have lots of sympathy to them.

i not that elder then you to suggest you but in case of friend ship it does not matter like this difference,i have wear my friends cloths. but in self respect thing every one will not go for that cheap,wearing friends underwear.
1)i didn't and will never
2)no i have never washed my underwear because there is worker who washes all my cloths including my underwear.
keep in mind one thing brother he is your friend not an stranger,what is your position if he didn't told you that he had taken your underwear,instead he replaced that in your cloths with out your notice.

I would not want to wear another person's underwear! However, if I were your friend and hadn't bathed for days I would probably take any pair of clean underwear I could find. So I would, but only in dire circumstances!
I never wear underwear more than once. I like to be clean all over!

Oh my....no..I wouldn't help myself to my friends undies... I change mine everyday and they are always washed when I put them on. I just don't think I could take my friends panties nor would I want them to take mine. Here we call those panty bandits
At least that's what the ladies call them..I'm not sure what the guys call them.

Funny things happen sometime and we are fresh for sometime.
I wonder how come he came to stay overnight without a spare trouser. I feel to get out of such situation and embarrassment one has to be careful about the daily use objects.
Now your friend seems to have put yours knowingly for he had to have a fresh one and he too might not like the idea of using others trousers. But what could he do after all?
For me I can wear all except get into some one else' trousers.

If that was one of my Friends I would find it funny too but I would not wear someone else´s underwear or clothes come to think of it.
Glad to see your Friend has been given such Honours in your Country. Did he keep you awake all night then seeing as he is such a light sleeper?
I have known of famous People that sleep very little and are very creative because of it too.
Anyway you enjoy your Friends stay in your House and just watch what he does with your Clothes too.
Our clothes are washed daily those kind of clothes yes and sometimes twice too.

Hi angel... Good evening according to India.
I wear but no to underwear. When we were in hostels, we often exchanged our dresses ( shirts, Tshirts, sweaters, Pants) to fascinate girls. lol. That is too common in hostels but bye bye to underwear or sock.
Okay, as i am also a late sleeper, so he did not create any problem to me. BUt at the late night my mom Ordered us to stop that gossip. lol.
No, i am not to take it on return from him. I know he baths with a huge interval, Perhaps no one is able to touch that underwear.
Not twice but as i have said when i bath. Take care and good night according to india.

Oh I see he has done that before when you were in Hostels now I get it. My Sister and me used to swap things but not clothes or anything like that as she was much much taller than me.
We used to swap Books and things like that.
Your Mom scolding you for being awake and talking so late that is frequent in this House too. I don´t bother saying anything much to them as they sleep right away too.
Well now it´s 16.23 hrs pm in the Afternoon here so what is the right time where you are. I mean your proper time of Day?

I definitely wont wear someone else's undies. It's so unhygienic. Even if the underwear is washed after use. It's such an intimate wear, it's like your exchanging body juices. . Even if it were my boyfriend's undies, I still wouldn't wear it.
Also, like you my undies are washed after I use them, then ironed before wearing again.
Your friend doesn't seem to understand privacy or something. I think you're really close for him to do that. I guess it doesn't bug him, or his own smell and grime bothers him more than wearing your undies.

You are right, it's unhygienic. BUt he is not concerned about it. I did not get surprised knowing it that mine is on his hip... because i am well known about his acts.
hahaha.... Perhaps he was about to vomit by his own smell, so better to throw it and use a washed.

I am a woman, I do care about my female hygiene. I don't wear other people's under wear. I can go with out just to avoid wearing not mine .Lol! I wash my undies, too and changed every day! Whew, I hate people not caring about personal hygiene.

hi friend. well first of all that was an awful thing to do. though he is your friend but still that won't make a good excuse to wear somebody else's underwear. firstly, it's way too personal thing to share with, it can possibly be HIGHLY contaminated when not washed after use, or excessive use. second, it just doesn't look good in any way, it's awful and an issue on hygiene. yes i do agree with you friend, i'd never attempt to share with somebody's underwear even with my relatives. my advise for you is to tell and correct him in your nicest way. at least he'll be aware of some circumstances that might happen and ofcourse to avoid committing the same mistake. see you around!

No I would never wear someone else's underwear, I feel underwear is too intimate of a garment to share. Yes, I change my underwear everyday, and always wash it before wearing it again.
