And when they feel they will cry, whats wrong in it. Are men really should not be supposed cry? why? whats wrong with the men...

I like it when a man cries, that might sounds really mean but it shows they have a sensitive side and they arent scared of showing their emotions! I obviously wouldnt discrimnate against someone that didnt cry (male or female) its someones choice and everyone shows emotions in different ways.. I personally dont see anything wrong with it

Alright, I know I'm a woman, but for Pete's sake: REAL MEN CRY! It bothers me to no end that society claims men need to "man up" and lose their humanity. A man who doesn't cry is the most unattractive and unadmirable type of man there is. No, men shouldn't cry 24/7, but neither should women. Where does society get this mentality that men are not allowed to be human, and women should be overemotional? To have such a view on an inequality between the sexes like that is a disaster waiting to happen...you have men who don't know how to deal with their emotions, men who have a skewed mentality of "manliness", and you have a larger and larger drift between sexes who are both biologically different but are meant to find their connections and work together. For me as a woman, nothing is more heart-breaking or beautiful than a grown man crying...specifically my husband. I can't say I like it when my husband cries, but God does it feel good to know he's not a sheep to society! That he is human, and with that, he is capable of loving me, taking care of responsibilities, and being mature enough to understand his emotions. Crying is proof of that, and men who don't cry...sorry, but that's disgusting. That's a man who listens to what society says a man is versus how he feels, and that's simply inhuman.

I think people should really let g of this issue already- it's the 21st century..men and women are "equal"..and men are also human beings capable of emotion and most definitely have the right to cry..It is not a sign of weakness at all. Nthing is wrong with it. Crying all the times is a different story though.

Men should also cry to express their intimate feelings. In that way they could exert it out and make their burden lesser. Some says that a man is gay if he does not cry.

I think human-beings are very emotional by nature. We cry, we laugh, we become happy. So, I don;t think that if someone is a man so he don't have any right to cry. It is natural and when someone cry it shows that he is very emotional. If someone can cry I think that person will be a good man. So, I don't see any bad thing about someone crying.

thats a very interesting thing that you have stated! "Why are yoiu crying like a girl or women?" Basically thats the way it is all meant to be! This is how the world thinks as stated in the book "Men are from Mars and Women are from Venus" by John Gray! Martians values power, competency, efficiency, and achievement. They are always doing things to prove themselves and develop their power and skills. Their sense of self is defined through their ability to achieve results. They experience fulfillment primarily through success and accomplishment. They are more interested in objects and things rather than people and feelings. This is how most of the guys are, if a little if you are different then may be its how you were brought up and the environment in which you were brought up would have been different. But, girls are totally different. Their characteristics are as follows as stated in the same book! Venusians have different values. They value love, communication, beauty and relationships. They spend a lot of time supporting, helping, and nurturing one another. Their sense of self is defined through their feelings and the quality of their relationships. They experience fulfillment through sharing and relating. They are more concerned with expressing their goodness, love and caring. I think this much explains you. Not that guys are not humans and should not cry, its just that you people lack that much of EQ(emotional quotient) to be so sensitive to cry!

Everyone has the right to cry. It is a way of cleansing our body and mind of the emotions we may be feeling. Crying is not just for women and children. Men suffer things to cry over too. they should not feel ashamed to do so.

Well, in male dominated cultures crying is seen as unmanly. But in reality, crying is an expression of grief and as such a normal reaction. I find myself crying for touching movies and when my mom passed away, I cried like a baby. I still feel like all man. As the youngest of 4 siblings growing up, i was called a cry baby all the time. But it was normal since my older siblings teased me alot and I was perhaps a little spoiled. Crying is the physical expression of an emotion and if one does not express it by crying, one will have to express it in another way. Its human to cry. Men are humans too.

srinivas, As most people hear are saying, men definitely have the right to cry. Men and women feel the same emotions only in different degrees. Men are strong and are expected to have a stiff and tough feelings toward things. If you look at it, men get hurt to, right? And how do they show pain without crying? There is nothing wrong with men shedding some tears sometimes. This the time that they could manifest the true meaning of being a man. MEN WHO CRY ARE BRAVE. Their bravery is not by toppling down their enemies but showing everyone that they nothing but a normal human being.

There's nothing wrong with man at all but they just got used to holding back their feelings, believing they look tougher when they don't cry. Most men believe that crying is a sign of weakness but count my husband out. He's never scared to cry in front of me, that's exactly the reason why I love him more each day. I believe that a man who cries and is never scared to show it is a man with great courage.
