I recent get this new book (THIS IS ME )BY Jeffrey Dean it a interesting book for teen girls and mother it has a lot of scripture's and it a good book. it inspire and encourage and challenge anyone who divines in.if your sacred are uncomfortable to talk with male/guys for that reason ,this book is for you it approach very personal level you can think of. this book can change your life if you're a young lady are a mother,or even a guy get your copy to today .

Everyone from time to time can use some motivation and inspiration. Especially at low and depressing times in life.
I am glad you find the book to be very inspiring. I am a reader and do enjoy self help especially the inspirational ones. So I will look that one up online. Thanks

lovely Jeffrey Dean is a very good writer and you can check out the book .In a time like this we all need a little motivation to inspire us along the same.and even to learn a new words at time. this book has biblical scripture's and all check it out i will same a next one with you as well that one am reading daily .

I've gotten over the whole self help hype. But, I do feel that we can better ourselves, in our own ways. There is no one size fits all. As a woman, and a mother, I find myself thinking that I need to get back to my former self and closer to my spirituality. And, I need to align my life better with what I truly believe in. Thanks for passing on some inspiration and positivity. I wish I was more of a reader ;)

Your welcome,I never love to read but after getting baptist going to church i start to read more because i want to know the truth about life and all.
so i start to read more and communicate with people.I even start ask a lot of question, but after i hear people talking about book that has motivated them and encourage them i want to read so that i can get some inspiration.Am trying to develop my self more so i tent to read a little bit more.
But one day you will be more of a reader .thank you for your respond Jalucia Good night.

I don't read a lot of self help books but I do read a lot. I like to read nonfiction usually, and someimes I guess I do read certain books for encouragement. It's good that you have found a book that has inspired you and makes you want to share it with others. Reading can open up new worlds for us. Keep reading and sharing you inspiration with others.
