Do you like to sleep late

Recently, I like to sleep late.The morning after getting up i feel a little tired. I think i should go to bed on time. How to adjust biological clock? What do you suggest?

Hi mark, I am also sleeping quite late. I cannot help avoiding it because I always got more works to do. But as possible, I am sleeping early. I hate waking up always very lazy and sometimes, uses the snooze of the alarm clock. I want starting a new day with a great mood. But actually although I am sleeping late recently, I can still maintain a good mood of the day. Have a Nice Day to you!

No, I do not like to sleep late. But, very often, I get back home from work very late, close to midnight. So, those days, I get to bed way after midnight, and get up pretty late in the morning. I know that is not good. So, when I get back home early, I would go to be by 9 o'clock, and get up at 6 the next morning. That is more refreshing.

I sometimes sleep late and some early, but most of the time is slate, because in night i usually do tasks online, just to save time in the morning. Most of the reason to sleep early is when i feel sick like headache.

Yea most of the times i sleep late at night. And also after that i like to get up late at morning and now a days my holidays are going on so i wake up late at morning and i love doing it as it make me feel better. Happy mylotting. Regards, harry.

Greetings! Its better to sleep early at night. I prefer to sleep early at night so that when I wake up in the morning I wouldn't feel tired. I have a lot of energy whenever I do this. Like in reviewing for examination, I prefer to review early in the morning than doing it at night and because I woke up early, its easy for me to sleep early at night too. ;)

Once in a while I enjoy sleeping in. By sleeping in, I mean getting an extra 1/2 to an hour of sleep than I normally do. I typically try to sleep in on the weekends because I have the extra time to do so. During the week though, I make sure I get to bed at a decent time and I get up at the same time every morning. It makes for a very smooth schedule and my body is quite use to it - so it never fights me on getting up in the morning! lol The only time I struggle is when I stay up past my "bed time." LOL
