The best thing for you to do is to go to a dermatologist. And never touch your zits with your hands. Because it can get infected and if you are using any cosmetics you have to refrain from it for a while. And wash your face twice with a mild soap or better yet look for a facial wash that is for sensitive skin like cetaphil and celeteque or you can try nivea facial wash.

Noxema works well for clearing up my face. And I also use an exfoliating facial scrub to keep my pores clean.
