Do you work for 02 or more companies to make extra money?

There are many persons work for a main company and working for more another company to make extra money. Do you think it's good? Should I do like this to make more money?

I work online so I manage my own time. I have 3 ongoing contracts on odesk, have about 9 active pending applications (still on odesk) and I'm also an active writer for 6 academic online websites. I also maintain my own blog and also write for Triond and Bukisa during my spare time - yes I still have a lot of spare time you know. It's just a matter of time management.
Yes, definitely it is good to work for 2 or more companies because it will give you more juice! Take this - last December, I was able to earn more than $750! It may not be much for those in the US, but for Filipinos like me, that's already equivalent to more than P30K - DEFINITELY a big amount of money to earn in a month's time.
So take my advice - just go for it!

Hi keval32, tkonlinevn! FYI, I'm a LADY! lol! Why is it that most people mistake me for a guy?
If you're interested to work on Odesk, you have to put up your resume, make it appealing to employers, think of a reasonable rate for your service, take odesk tests, then apply for the jobs available. At first, it may be difficult since you have no feedback from employers yet, but later on, as you increase your skills, gain more experience, and have good feedback from contracts you get to complete, the employers will be the one looking for you. Take it from me. I only started getting active on odesk last July and I haven't given up on it because once I started, the dollars just kept pouring in!
Regarding other online earning sites, you can check out my site on my profile for the links. Mylot does not allow posting links anymore. Also, it is a site which helps those who want to earn online, but I really don't get any monetary gains from it.

Sure, my friend. Our income will be increase when we work for 2 companies at the same time.
But I think we only do this in a short time. Because we need time for family, for friends, for study, for health etc...So, this is not a good time for a long time in our life.

If you got another job, you wouldn' have timefor anything else including Mylot! If you have a famly you wouldn't have time for them so you need to consider how much you need the extra money and if your free time is worth it. Maybe you could try it for awhile and see how it works out.

Yes, you're right. The time is the problem I must solve when I want to work more to earn. It's hard for us when the salary is not enough for living; and we must work more in out time.

No, I work online instead, and I have to say, I highly recommend everyone to try it instead of looking for another regular job. Online earnings just have so many advantages! You can work from home, for as long or as little as you want, etc.

We're here. We're looking for to work online because the reasons which you said above. I'm too. But I can't get enough money from online jobs. So I must work at my company. I always try to find the way I can work at home...

It's great when you can earn much money from your job in ONE company. Almost of us only get the salary. And It's usually not enough to live. So, we must looking for an another way to earn more.

Hello tkonlinevn,
yes, Iw ork for two companies. One is full time and the other partime 3 days a week. I work on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6:30 am to 12:00midnight and the other two days is 6:30am to 4:00pm. I am off the weekends thank goodness.
I am single mother with two teenage daughters both in college.

I'm curious that why your main company permit you have 3 day off to work for other company? I can't do the same here.
I must work 6 days a week from 8 AM to 5 PM everyday. So, I only work for other company on Sunday or night.

I am currently working and at the same time I also work outside the company...and during my spare time, I work online to earn extra income. For me, it's good because it's not only earning more but also learning new experiences especially online.
