I did not post this discussion to open or to start a war among members around the world. We all know that all of us are united here.We enjoy discussing different topics even outside the sun.I just would like to know or to ask other members here on their impression/s to the Filipino mylotters.Do you find us helpful when we respond to your discussions?is there any filipino member that has been your enemy here?share your opiion.what you do you think are your edge to us?again, this is not to create discrimination but to develop camaraderie among members from other countries. i am looking forward for a numerous response.happy mylotting!!

It is a pleasure indeed to know that my "kabayans" (fellow Filipinos)are active in My Lot. I am a Filipino, however, I am most of the time outside the Philippines. I am sure that we Filipinos are an asset here and not a liability. Our friendly nature would earn a lot of friends in this community and our knowledge and know-how in many subject matter contributes a lot and beneficial to all MyLotters. Cheers!

it's a pleasure to see another filipino lotter here.there are many active filipino members here.maybe because of the crisis in our country, they try to look for an additional income.our offline earnings is not sufficient to cover our basic needs and to support our family and dependents on their needs.somewhere somehow, our earnings here, can still be a contribution in paying house bills, especially electric bills. i hope you can join us on the second filipino mylot conference.i have hosted the first one last december 10,2010 in mall of asia.it was successful.the second one will be this february,i hope that you can come over and join us on this event.happy mylotting!!

hi rberon Ihave had nothing but admiration for so many of my Filipino friends here as they have written some wonderful discussions and I have tried my darnedest to keep caught up with all my friends there. You' all are so polite and friendly whats not to like. lol.I have never had a Filipino mylotter who was my enemy here. I have got some lovely responses from a lot of you.No I too do not want any mylot war as we most all of us from all over the globe seem to get along well and respect each other too. I have at times shared your concern for problems in your government but in a kind way not a mean way. One of my few friends here at Gold Crest is a Filipino lady whom I like so much. she is sweet and very generous. Just a lovely person all around. rberon I hope you get a lot of kind responses as I am sure you will.

hi hatley I'm so glad that you are happy with Filipinos.we are known to be very friendly individual.due to economic crisis that is why many filipinos decided to sign up here to add up to our earnings.our offline earnings is not sufficient to cover all our needs in life.as much as possible we are making quality discussions here so we will have a healthy discussion.sometimes we have debate but it does not lead to war. I also do not have an enemy here.ninety percent of the members are very kind and approachable.

One thing that has impressed me about the Mylot community, and is true of members from the Philippines, is the standard of English they use. I know many members of Mylot do not have English as their first language, but generally they still manage to make interesting contributions to topics. I know that I could not write as well in a second language as many people on here do!

I have to give credit to our government because they initiated English as one of the subjects here in our country.this serves as our tool to communicate with other people around the globe.and i'm so proud that i have been a member of this site because the site is helping me out to construct a better sentence or even a better paragraph.i am learning good English here from members who came from country which english is the primary language.if they use words that is new to my ears, ijust use the mylot searchbar to know the meaning of it.happy mylotting!!

Hello Rberon, I never really had enemies here, except those people who have actually violate the rules. but i don't fight them, it's either i direct them to the administration or simply just remind him or her the rules. that's their choice if they want to continue. but before i had touch a few nerves in my previous account that lead to deletion. . Though, I was accused of something I didn't DO. it was hard, i didn't realize it until he started saying insulting words to me. i got mad, did something as a mylotter when it comes to people violating rules or start flaming. though, he was intelligent but very very much close minded. Unfortunately, when ever i remember it I couldn't help but track him down.Neildc, did asked why it happened since he was one of the veterans, but i have said everything here, probably just wanted to move on too. I know his real name now, but i decided to hold back.of course, i am innocent but HE had no right to accuse me of anything. though, i deserve an apology for what he did. that's when the part of me that made me close to the veteran foreign lotters instead of Filipino Lotters. that is what i think, at least they knew better that i wouldn't do anything to hurt any one. it's hard to believe that they were groups of pinoy lotters here before that plots to destroy the other. yeah, that EXIST too before, i am not sure about now. Another thing was politics, you see the dark-side of the people when they argued and defend their candidates. i know i said some but that's when i was rated down. and i know those people, it made me realize not to care anymore for politics, and no more supporting candidates. We are too smart to be too arrogant into terms of tolerating each others beliefs most specially when some of us force it against our will.but I know i did. But i know things are way better now. I don't really want that to happen again, this is the only place where i can express myself. something different off line. Mylot made the world small and i have learn to care for the people here.

I know that your favorite topic is politics.i have noticed that.everytime that there is a topic of politics here, you really have a response on it and it is really long.you also love to discuss on the issues of the countries such as economy.i am not so good on those points but if i have some ideas and thoughts to share,i commented and share. we cannot avoid members who rated as negatively.if he/she has an opposing opinion with me,i just don't respond or comment anymore because it does not end to healthy debate.so far,i don't have enemy here maybe because i am friendly and jolly.

When I'm in Mylot I simply shed off a little of my nationality and a little of my race and I would look and treat other members similarly, I prefer to think of it as Mylot nation and we are Mylot citizens, and like in our country we make friends, maybe enemies, difference in opinion , difference in religion or belief, etc... but that is just the way it goes

i have checked your profile and i found out that you are also a filipino. mylot is really a great place to express our emotions, feelings and ideas on the different topics here regardless of our races, cultures and beliefs.

My dear fellow, there is nothing against any country here... We discuss our daily issues and that is it!!! I never remember looking for the country of a member, who replied to my post... That is wastage of time... God has distributed His gifts equally among us, no discrimination please...

I honestly don't know because I take everyone as they are and don't usually consider the country they come. The only time I look at someone's profile to see where they are from is if they are presenting ideas that are distasteful or shocking to me--then I see if there might be some cultural differences that accounts for that and if so, I try to understand their point of view. Otherwise, the only time I pay attention to where a person lives is when they ask to be my friend. Then I look so that I can get to know them a little better. I consider myLotters a big family. I don't care where a person is from because we are all basically the same underneath--we all have feelings and opinions that should be respected.

hi dragon very well said.when you are in mylot,we are not after on the location of the member.as long as we are enjoying what he/she is posting,we respond to his/ her discussion.with me,in accepting friends,i don't check the profile anymore,i just go directly approve it.it's up to you if your invitation is really sincere or not. it is good that even we came from difference races or we grow with different beliefs,we still agree in one decision and we can make healthy discussion and sometimes healthy debate.

Hi rberon, I am a Filipino, from way down south in Mindanao. I have been here for quite sometime but all "Kababayans" are great. Looking at it all, it seems our Republic has melded well with the global world that it is often hard to tell if one is from the islands in the archipelago unless we look at the profile or one voluntarily says so.
