It is said breakfast is the most important meal of the day and one should have cereals, eggs and juices etc in breakfast .But do we give attention to the most important meal of the day? There is a very wise old saying "Breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, dinner like a pauper". do you follow it?

Studies have suggested that the satiation value of food eaten earlier in the day is greater than that of food eaten later on. Some people have observed that an effective method of losing weight is to avoid eating after 8 pm.Try changing your eating pattern as it will definitely help in losing weight. You will feel more hungry if you have only coffee and it would destroy your health and skin complexion.

I normally do not eat breakfast. My work schedule is 2pm to 11pm so I get up around 11:30 in the morning and eat lunch. I have dinner around 7pm and eat no more after that. Technically, I appear to eat breakfast at lunchtime and lunch at dinnertime, but I've always viewed my meals as lunch and dinner, respectively.

Oh yes, that is a very wise and nice saying. But, the way I do is the other way around. Breakfast like a pauper, because I often get up late and have to rush to work to be on time. So, I would just have a coffee and a doughnut and run out. Dinner, yes, that's when I have more time, and I would enjoy like a king !

Yeah when you are busy its hard to eat right. Actually when we eat proper breakfast ,then we are more energetic. we work in daytime so whatever we eat in breakfast its easily digested but at night we eat then sleep through which food especially fat is not used and we put on weight.

I'm getting there. I used to do the opposite, but lately I've been trying to change my routine. My problem is that I've developed a tendency to skip lunch: I eat two large meals a day, in the morning and in the evening. But it's still better than eating next to nothing all day and then having your main meal in the evening (this is what I used to do at one time).
Another thing is that I'm not an organized person and it's difficult for me to keep to an eating schedule, so I eat whenever I'm hungry, no matter the time of day (or night).
