how to deal with postnatal weight?

i have a 1 year old child and now I'm pregnant again with my second.I just want to know know some tips regarding how to lose weight after the baby because I'm really frustrated that i may be able to be back on track.Is there any diet or exercise applicable for me?

my wife just dance her fats away, she also used plastic wraps that you use for food... she wrap that on her belly and after a few minutes it all becomes so sweaty. my wife does not go to the gym for hse likes to do it all at home. exercise and the right diet will help you a lot. disipline of course. she bought an ab rocket too so she can exercise even while watching tv. picture is on this link http://www.myoffstreet.com/images/products/image580/99538192GMjca6JY3hfNLCb1.jpg. hope this could help. goodluck and congrats to a new baby.

thank you for the advice.it means a lot because i cant even go to gym having my two children with me.what dance does she do?

as far as i can remember she uses techno music, she uses two unlimited songs. she used to sing in a band too so she just dance what she knows and have fun. not following any dance routines she just dance. i heard her also uses beyonce dejavu, and black eyed peas as well. goodluck.

Do what works best for you. Don't "diet" that doesn't work! If you modify what you eat, make small healthy changes over time, nothing drastic so that the healthy habits stick. Any exercise is better than no exercise. Even just putting your first born in a stroller and walking or doing pregnant yoga at home will help.

Ah I can help. My girlfriend at work did the very samething 4 times. So this is what she did. Slim Fast for lunch and for breakfast. dinner salad and some small portions of food. Lots of dancing and walks with the kids to park and home. No driving to park. But the up swing is while she was PG. she ate McDonalds very day as she said after words she wouldn't get any. And I can tell you she looks great. All thin. I keep telling her to run fast from her husband. But really you have to stay with it after the baby is born. She has more self control then anybody I know. She say's it helps to read the bible. So goodluck.

There is a diet plan that you can start implementing even when you are still pregnant, it is a diet plan that designs your meals or at least suggest what you should eat. The good thing about it is that you can actually eat a lot and enjoy tasty dishes but is in the process burn fat. The reason why we get fat is because we eat the wrong food; bad fats, bad carbs, processed foods, etc. However, if we know what is wrong and right, it is easy to device a meal that will make us slim and healthy. The person who devised the diet never had the problem about regaining her figure after giving birth and not even with much effort, she just ate the right stuff. There is also a link on my website to a free video that would give you more idea about how it works. Also, there are recipes that you can follow. I hope that would help. :)
