I have never been to India. I would like to go some day. But the Indians that I meet here in the US are almost always very nice, friendly, people. I am a great admirer of Indian Culture. I have grown spiritually by reading the words of Sri Ramakrishna, Sri Ramana Maharshi, Sri Nisargadata Maharaj, and Paramahamsa Yogananda. I love the Bhagavad Gita. And in my humble opinion, the Indians have come closer than any other culture in really understanding and describing the metaphysical truths of the universe. Namaste.

You are right Cujobite in your opinion. I am not saying this because you are saying good things about my country, it is because you have recognized the true power of our nation. I must say you have surprised me. Those who have tried to know the true India have been blessed with mental peace and great knowledge among many other things. Thank you.

I live in America. From what I have read in the news over the years, it seems like India and Pakistan are frequently having problems. I think it is over Kashmir, right? And also the conflict between Moslems and Hindus. But I only know what I see on the American news.

Great question. You have given us the opportunity to introspect. Any nation that dreams big should introspect on a regular basis. As a citizen of this great democracy I feel we should do this to help us and our courty develop into a better country. We are already doing good but there are scopes for improvement. We are our own enemy. It has become more than a habit blaming others for our misery. Everyone has to fulfill their responsibility. You must be aware that few days back we have seen a rail accident where an overbridge fell on a speeding train killing a lot of people. Things like that happen on an alarming basis. There will be enquiries but will we get back those live? Had the person responsible to look after the tracks there been on alert then they could have taken necessary steps because that bridge was on the verge of collapsing. There are many such examples which we can discuss here but that will take lot of time. So importantly the main problem is we must remain committed to the cause of our country, which I fell many of us are not committed that way. A nation can not improve that way if it's citizens are not responsible enough. But saying all these I must end up here mentioning an important improvement. Things are definitely changing for the best. It seems India is now developing very fast. There is a strong political will backed up by public support for the all-round developments. So, much better days are ahead my friend.

The biggest enemy of India is Indians.Nothing from ouside can destroy or defeat a nation. The biggest problem in India is the caste system and the reservation on the basis of origin. The second is the corruption and it is now universal.India is divide on the basis caste creed and color.Though India is known as Unity indiversity Now India is Diversity in diversity. The politicians pour oil on the burning fire for votes and to in power. In India, which polictical party has the will to solve the RamaJenmma Bhoomi issue. The politicians lack political will and they want no emicable permanent solution.
