Still should we pray?

I pondered, if it is convinced that God is Compassionate and Merciful, why we should pray, too? We must pray with optimism, our prayer must be granted. I am as a man, sometimes kind and not arrogant, sometimes it is not good and arrogant, there is still a good side and there is a downside. Because like most people's opinions, man has never escaped from an oversight, there is a negative substance seeping into our hearts. The negative side is that makes us forget ourselves, arrogant, feeling great, so are oblivious to the Most Great.

Jesus taught us to keep on praying. Matthew 7 (New Living Translation) 7 “Keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened to you. 8 For everyone who asks, receives. Everyone who seeks, finds. And to everyone who knocks, the door will be opened. In this way we can show God that we really want something. And He will listen to us if our prayer is according to His will. Lots of people have prayed that God will send someone to teach them the true religion, and they have got an answer - sometimes very fast. Have a great day..

Yes still we should pray to God, even God knows what we want, need and doing. As prayer means to communicate to God, communicate to worship, praise Him and adore, thanking Him for all the things and grace given to us, that is the purpose of praying. However, people pray only to ask something, ask to help in a present bad situation, if on good blessing people forget God... some of you mentioned are nature of people that's need to repent to God. see you around

Yes, we should always pray because it is the way to be closer to God. When we pray , we should not only make our requests known to him , but we should also thank him that though there are a lot of problems, He is always there to guide us so we will not despair. Let us always give Him thanks, for each day that he always allows us to live and be able to see and be with our loved ones still.
