how to add as a friend in facebook

some guys does not have the tag of add as a friend in facebook,tell me how to add those person as a friend?

If you don't see the 'Add as Friend' button, this is because that person does not have the 'Send you friend requests' setting on this page http://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=privacy§ion=basic&h=23c7aa11063d1466cbf387443046ef64 set to 'Everyone' or 'Friends of Friends'.
This means that they DON'T WANT to receive friend requests from people they don't know so you CANNOT add them as friends.

Not if they don't want you to. You have to respect people's privacy.

If there is no link to add them that means they adjusted their settings to not allow friend requests. There is no way to bypass that, all you can do is ask the person to change their privacy settings.

I have heard this for the first time..
I think you can send them message with a request to be your friend
