Well, I know that I can still buy items from the net with an unverified paypal account.
But I still have a problem. When I clicked the "Buy" button of the item I purchased, (A membership to a website) a receipt will show then of course. And it tells me to log in to my paypal account to complete my payment. But because my account is not yet verified, when I log in, it will ask me to verify it. There is no way to skip the verification page. I am just planning to buy using the money I earned online.
Now, I do not know how can I buy that. Or, if I put a credit card number to the verification page, will it allow me to buy using the money I earned after? or, I should still wait to verify my account to be able to buy the item? I am so confused.

getting verified doesnt have to do with your capabilities to buy online. Its just an additional security for your account.With your concern if you will be able to use the balance in your account after putting your credit card information-- definitely yes since as I've mentioned, getting verified is just an additional security of your account. With your problem, im not sure what membership are you planning to buy, but just be informed that paypal doesnt supports mlm, matrix or any other get rich schemes. You might as well check first their FAQs.

Thank you for the details. Well, the membership is not in a get rich sites. It is just somewhat a vip membership to a social networking site for my nephew.

You are incorrect it does affect your ability. On ebay , unverified paypa users have a hard time buying or selling. You can always look up the eon card system on the internet and get that done. I do not care what anyone else says, become verified and you will have an easier time.

I would say the best thing to do is verify your account. Even though you may be able to do some things you will need to get verified to do others. So go verify it . Not that hard to do really. There are a number of ways to do it, just go to their "contact us" form and you will get results pretty quickly.

Actually, verifying it is my problem. The bank that I am using does not accept paypal. But there is one way to verify my account using an eon card from unionbank. But there are no unionbank branches near to my place and I do not have time to find one.

Its pretty easy to verify your account so you need to do that.
I see this is your most recent post. I came back about 6 months ago when I heard they were paying again. I hope you will rejoin us as well.

Once your verified it will take the money out of your paypal account first and then if you don't have enough money to cover the purchase, it will take the remaining money from the attached account.
I think that you might have to be verified on some sites first but I'm not positive about that. ,

it's much better if your account is verified my friend..so you can easily buy anything you want on the net...good luck!!!!
