They do not display earnings in real time. Is this the actual scenario here?
Please guide me, I am only a newbie and would like to know this site better.
If you have additional advice on how I can maximize my earnings, please post. Thanks!

Welcome to myLot!
I see that you joined 3 hours ago. That was 21.30 myLot's time. The earnings for your activity up untilmidnight their time will appear in approx 10 hours time when the update takes place.

Hi marine!
Before you add friends as referrals though don't you think it is best to learn how things work here so that you can then help them? Inactive referrals just weight the page down but do not create any extra earnings.

I have a suggestion for you If you want to boost earnings then just refer your friends...it's a nice way to boost earnings..

hello staria, welcome to mylot dear!
well, we can't see the actual earnings we got. our earnings now can be visible after 24 hours or so. you can just see those earnings on your top page which is written in blue beside your username, new discussion, profile,preference and logout option.
just participate more on discussions. do tasks if you can, refer friends as well. you can also upload photos to your responses topics or comments even in categories here. you can earn from there i know. but you can search also using their search bar here to earn rewards as well. happy mylotting!

Wow, thanks for the detailed comment. Do you have any idea on how much they pay per post? And do you actually add friends here even if you do not know them?
I was able to read a thread saying that myLot owns the right for your photos right after you upload them, so was quite hesitant to do that for now.

all of earning will be credited and you can see the changes after 24 hours. Make some referral, refer mylot to your friends by using your referral site and this can also be seen on the emails they will sent to you. happy mylotting.

Yes your earnings will be displayed at the end of the day in mylot. Regarding how to earn more, just believe in posting stuffs you know something about and be descriptive with your posts. Keep your reputation(star) high because that will be a factor which will directly affect your earnings. And better check faqs to know more about the site.

Yah im a newbie here too (just joined yeterday) and it says that they update your earnings every 24 hours. So tomorrow you should be able to log on and see what you have made. Howeve my earnings still say $0.00 but im guessing its just a little late and ill be able to see my earnings by tomorrow. :D

A 'day' in myLot is a day in their time zone, not ours.
Look what time it is there on the clock at the bottom of the page.
Earnings updat when that clock says 10.00-12.00 and are for the activity for the day before up until midnight by that clock.
