Starting a discussion in mylot is hard for some and easy for many others. either way,do you post many discussions at once cause you get all the ideas in your head or one at a time? as for me, i start discussions rather rarely. Also, do you start a discussion and make sure you stay online to check out the responses and reply back to them? Or your style is to start a discussion and move away from the computer to come back later and check!?

I don't really think I have a style. Sometimes I am able to come up with two or three discussions at a time and other times I am lucky to come up with any or maybe one. Usually, I move on to see what other people are talking about and I only check on discussions when I get a notification that someone responded to me. Other than that, I don't come in here hardly at all. Thanks for bringing up the topic!

My activity has changed at various times. I was inactive for a couple of years and I just started becoming active again a week or so ago. I do get notifications of responses as well as whenever a friend starts a new discussion. That is what me back in here when I realized I wouldn't be able to return to work.

Well, do you get a notification when someone replies to your discussion? how come i don't get it? i should check out my preferences for such choices. I am guessing you are not very active here? I used to do that before but when i started checking almost all the discussions of my interest, mylot became way too interesting for me

I do not check often how many people responded to my discussion. I start discussion to know what other peoples think about my though which I post as discussion. But it is my responsibility to select best response and to rate the response, so I every week try to check my discussions I posted. I think to solve the discussion selecting the best response is my responsibility.

I dont have style. I love to be unpredictable.. Kidding aside, when I post discussion I post one at a time two the most at a time. Most of my discussions are about me or something happening in my personal life so when I start discussion it means Im interested to dig something or to find answers from different views. so i want to concentrate on it before I start for another topic. Sometimes Im really excited of my topic that I really wait for somebody to reply.

well i am always either excited or desperately wanting a reply as solution for my discussions Ya i think i know what you are telling about your articles. i have noticed that their are usually long threads of conversation in your discussions. That is great cause this means more knowledge and more dollars$$$

I am new in mylot, so that I still feel quiet hard to start a discussion so starting new discussion kind a rare for me. I already start some discussion buat not much of it responded. and when I respond to discussiont that other people start I pick some discussion that already replay by many people and of course the discussion should be match with my interest.

i would like to post and share my ideas whenever there is new one that popped in to my mind. i would post it immediately to prevent it from losing memory but i will not post all of them at one time. i love to stay online when i have new post to check out the responses and give out comments immediately. but all of them depends in the availability of the internet and the work i have to attend to with.

I find it hard sometime as well to start a discussion. If I get a idea of a topic and I am not able to get to a computer then I will write it down. and then put it up. Iam able to do really good with responding I have gotten a few best responses on here.

I get really excited when i get "best response" which is not very often i should tell you. I don't write down the ideas. that is a nice option to consider. But when i am in the mood to start that discussion, the chosen words will be way better than compared to when i start later

I do not start very many discussions as when I do I want to make sure it is of quality and that I can have plenty to comment back to those who responded. As it is important that all members remember that starting discussions and other responding to them will not allow the originator to earn. I am one that when I do I will know that I will be online for a while as I am one that enjoys the flow of back and forth extending my discussions as long as I can. So if at the moment there are not responses I will go on to search for other discussions I can respond to, but in the meantime responses begin to pour in and my discussion can keep me busy for hours on end. Best of luck to you also.

That is nice to make sure you are posting quality discussions. but i simply post what ever idea i get in my head i simply love it when constantly people keep commenting so that i can comment back. it keeps you engaged into the topic which is quite enjoyable

Starting a discussion is said to be more profitable and more $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. So yes I start a discussion regularly and then I move away from the strted discussion and move towards "Todays Top" discussions and then towards "Discussions from my interest". I check on the started discussion the next day to comment on all the responses made. So yes this is my style.

hey that sounds pretty methodical! I think by $$$$$$$$ you mean that you can form long threads at your discussions right? this way you get to comment more and that too on your topic of interest which is a bonus. I have not started many successful discussions, from now on i am going to try to do just that.
