I love my insurance company.

I don't know how many people can say that about their insurance company, but I can. I'm happy with their service, despite having a few issues, but I can't complain right now. I've been with this insurance company for about 3 years, and they've been quite fair with premiums. When insurance policies changed in September, I was worried about my rates increasing, as my roommate's had, but was pleasantly surprised when my policy came in the mail and I found it was less than I had been paying. I called them up today, they were looking for more information, and I asked them what my rate would be when I got my full license. I was told that the rate wouldn't change, but the lady decided to check just to be sure, but when she did, she told me that my rate would be lower by $18/month, which was quite a surprise to me. When I first got insurance with another company about 4 years ago, I was still paying more than I am now for a vehicle that was older than my current one. I thought that rate was cheap, but I've now witnessed how much lower it can be. I'm hoping that once I get another vehicle, my rates don't change much, I don't see that they will, but it all depends on what I get and what year it is. I'm hoping that things stay this good with my insurance company, I couldn't ask for better service.

I am very happy with mine as well, recently a bike rider ran into my car, the first time I had ever had any sort of accident so I was very upset at the time, I rang the insurance company and they were so nice, they just asked me a couple of questions on the phone and everything was fixed up, they were wonderful....

I had an accident when I was with another insurance company, they were good, but they took far too long in sending me the insurance check when they wrote it off. That was the reason why I switched companies. However, I didn't have any trouble with them, my best witness to the accident was a cop who happened to be driving by. Otherwise I would have been considered at fault even though I wasn't.

it is the time the companies have to pay up that really shows how good the company really is...some are good until they have to part with their money...

I used to love my insurance company but now I'm sort of frustrated. I just got a new car, as in, it's not even a week old yet and they were giving me a hard time about some things. They made it sound like nothing had been accomplished, that sort of thing. So I was annoyed. I thankfully got someone that knew what was going on and things finally were settled. My insurance had been decreasing for years until this new car. However, they're quoting me at a lot more than what my online insurance quote had told me I'd be paying. I tried to figure out what the deal with that was but I can't figure it out. So I just dropped it. It's all way too annoying for me.

Well, I have to say that I really adore my insurance company. It has really gone to bat for me and it is one of the big ones. During my period of unemployment, they really helped me out and continue to do so. If I break down, all I need to do is call my insurance company and they will have a tow truck in route at no extra charge as it is a part of my comprehensive insurance package. Thank goodness for the gecko. Still do not understand all there is about the cavemen, but the commercials for my insurance company are pretty darn funny.
