I love the Crispy Pata at the old Barrio Fiesta in Ermita.
But nowadays, we just buy it near Divisoria Mall and turbo broil it at home :)
What's the best part? It's when I sink my teeth into the crispy skin and it makes a crunching sound.

"lechon baboy" is my favorite filipino food. I will never get bored eating it day by day. The skin is the most interesting part, it taste so delicious and have a crunchy sounds.

I love almost all Filipino foods. But my favorite is kare-kare. And so with my daughter who always brag of my kare-kare to her friends.

This is a tough one for there are a lot of Pinoy food the I love dearly! Anyway, I think I'd go for PRITONG TILAPYA. Oh my! I'm starving! LoL. Yes, it's my all-time fave pinoy food plus it's easy to cook! The only difficult part is the cleaning part. Fish guts, uucck! Ooops!

I go for the all-time favorites adobo (stewed meat in soy sauce and vinegar) and pork sinigang (pork tamarind soup). Wouldn't want to combine the two though, urk.

I love Paksiw na Pata. I love it's sweet sour taste and that tangy and spicy taste of star anise is great! I love cooking it for my family and daughter enjoys it to the fullest. It's best a day after, the more it taste better! Another Pinoy dish I go gaga is Pitchie-Pitchie, so yummy!

I like to eat lechon and adobo. They are really delicious but I don't know how to make a lechon but I know how to cook adobo. These are the two most delicious foods for me but some Filipino foods is also delcicious but these 2 are rank as my top choice.lol
