A lot of international friendlies have been playing today, and some of them are not finished yet. Do you think there have been any surprises?

I just glanced at the results and one result stood out. France 1 - 0 Brazil. After the travails of the world cup it is a great result for France to beat Brazil. Benzema has scored the winner. The other results include a Messi inspired 2-1 win for Argentina over Portugal. England managed to beat Denmark 2-1, while Germany and Italy played out a 1-1 draw. Cheers! Ram

It was a great victory for France. I had seen that England would beat Denmark, but it was a close match, and the match could have been 2-2 or 3-3 (some great misses). I think that is was very surprising that Iran beat Russia, and that Luxembourg managed to win against Slovakia. For the match between Germany and Italy, I thought it would be a german victory, but the Italian team is not bad, and it's great that they managed to draw in Germany.
