Lunch Break

By law, how long is a person supposed to work before he is aloowed to take a lunch break?

in california, if you work 8-hour days, you should have a 15 minute break during the first 4 hours of work, 30 minutes for lunch, and another 15 minutes during the last 4 hours for lunch. what state are you from?

In Michigan, Maine and Maryland it is 6 hours. Do you think you are being treated unfairly?

Depends on state law and your union contract, if you have one. In California, I believe you must get a lunch break after 4 hours.
