A good start for India, defeted Australia :)

i wonder if you would have said the same thing if india had lost the match. the start was good,the end exceeded expectation but middle left a lot to desire. you cant win matches with such performance with bats and you wont be allowed to bowl 6 main bowlers in the main matches.

I would have been happy if India would have lost the warm up match.The reason being, when they are able to get the Australians out for a low score, it might create over confidence and also the law of averages can catch up with the Indian team.All said and done, it was a good match, and I liked it.

Hi Ajay, Though it was a warm up match id did not look like one. I could not watch completely as I had important task to accomplish away from my home. India really looks inspired like they would breath only lifting up the coveted cup.

Of course I am happy that team India could register a fantastic win over Australia in the practice match itself.Even though it was a low scoring match,Indian team did well with the bowl.Today all the spinners bowled extremely well and I would say it was the spinners effort that gave India a 'thumping' win.Also remember that India was there in the practice match without the two "shooting stars", Sachin and Zaheer.I am sure that their presents in the coming matches definitely give team India more strength and confidence.

It is a good thing to defeat australia in the warm up match because australia are the favourites to win the world cup.This win could really boost india;s confidence.But when it comes to playing in final and other important matches,australia might be a much different australia than this.Plus india's bowling department lacks strenth,considering that the sub continent pitches are going to help the batsmen a lot.Someone like munaf patel and sreeshanth will be hit all around the ground for sure.I wonder why they didnt even consider a promising player ishanth sharma.Nobody could forget his magic spell against ricky ponting in the india australia test match in 2008.

hi ajay im also cricket fan like you. and im aslo as happy as you. but if we think from the world cup point of view it is not good start.if you go through the score card you can understand why am i saying this. except sehwag any of our bats men didnt work for us. and again as usual yusuf pathan was fighting alone in the end. if we see our team india has the strongest betting line up. and the main worry for us is dhoni,yuvraj,raina are out of form. this is my points any ways start well and end well. go india go......... come on india dikhado duniya ko hilado...............
