What are the best web designing softwares? / myLot

I want to make a website with predefined programmes and templates.So i need best web designing software.So anybody help me where can i found that type of software?

Try Dreamweaver or Microsoft Expression Web.

I have quite a bit of experience in Web Design, and from what you want I would have to recommended Dreamweaver (CS3 or above) from Adobe. It has built in templates along with assistance with coding. It isn't cheap, but it's definitely worth the money. I hope this helps you out. :)

best web development software is Dreamweaver,whether you want to create your own template or want to use template made by somebody else.
