Opening A Distillery!

I want want open a distillery but have no funds to do so. The name on my facility will be "LIFTED SPIRITS" just as soon as I have a chance get going on this. I know I need a business plan and 2 licenses ($300.00) to apply for a small business loan and so far have depleted all my surplus just surviving in this terrible economy. Does anyone have any suggestions?

here in canada, you can apply for a small business grant, do you have anything like that where you are?

I did research that for several hours and found out that it is quite hard to get approved for small business grants in the US, unless you are planning on starting the business in a underdeveloped area to stimulate growth.
