We mated my dog, what are the first signs of pregnancy and other signs till the birth?

My dog just had puppies. At first she wasn't eating like she normally did. Then she started to never get full. It usually becomes obvious to you when they get pregnant. Maybe not the first few weeks but soon enough you will be able to tell.

when my dog was pregnant she got very big and started eating more. she was always under my bed and would never like to come out.I had to buy a new bed because that is where she had them. all over my my bed lol
