I am fully tired from the past two days. Hours long sitting on computer thrown me into deep laziness and cold pressure on mind. How can i over come it. Suggest a simple and short way. ....

Find something you are excited about and go do it. I find whenever I have a new thing to do I am too excited to be lazy.

A lot of people recommend that you should get up and exercise for a few minutes every hour. Do some stretching and be sure to drink enough water, as well.

You got some good ideas, now let me tell you what I do. Get up and stretching at least every hour if not every half hour is important. Also if you are on the computer all day like I am, get up at least three times a day and exercise, whether it is going for a walk, doing housework or jumping up and down a few times. This will get your blood going and gives you energy..Also don't forget, to eat right too and drink plenty of water..:)

Thanks for the BR rameshchow..Unfortunately lately I have not been getting up and exercising as much as I use to..Schoolwork has gotten so much harder, I spend a lot of time trying to write a paper or solve an equation..:P Plus the one dog I use to walk had to be put to sleep, so now I only have my two dogs to keep me motivated to get out and walk..:)

Sometimes we have to force ourselves away from the computer and get some air. Talk to real people off-line a bit and then get some rest. It is not healthy to spend all our time online especially if it is going to make you so restless. So balance a little bit and get some extra rest.

Sometimes you need a complete break even if you can only afford a very short one. I feel tired when I have sat at the computer for a really long time some days and getting up and grabbing a coffee or going outside for a few minutes does the trick. If you feel very tired you may be in need for a nap. Your discussion was written a couple of days ago so I hope you’ve found your answer!

It's an adapted thing. For me, I can get lazy - if I have several days off in a row, I tend to get lazy. You have to push yourself through it, make yourself busier. I work on-call so one week I"ll work 50 hours - the next I'll work 15. It's so unpredictable that I deal with having the ability to be LAZY one day and the inability the next. I wasn't very busy last week, but this week I'm crazy busy - and I'm feeling good about it - motivated! Just get yourself up. If you're not working, get motivated about projects or cleaning or even earning online. Make a to-do list every day and make sure you do EVERYTHING you wrote down to do. It's all about the motivation factor, which yes, can be hard - but after a while, it gets easier. Good luck to you - I've been there!

You feel healthier too when you stay busy, I've noticed. If I start to get lazy feeling I clean dishes or cook. I like to cook anyway so might as well get something that rewards you at the same time.. lol

A little walk outside and a little fresh air would always wake up my mind, and makes me more alert and less lazy.. Maybe you should try it.

Hiya remo, Well if you don´t have to go to sleep right away take a cool Shower and do a few stretching exercises too gentle ones though. A bit of other kind of exercise might come in handy too like riding a bike or a static bike if you have one in your House that is. Don´t do too much and have some tea that is not too strong as well. See if that works for you.

Hi dear, Are you not doing anything serious on the computers? In my experience, I think this is the 17th years I am work with daily on computers on a average of 9-13 hrs. a day including Saturdays & Sundays. Mostly in the later hrs. may be so boring and tired. But even now also, I never feel uncomfortable with it. If I am in the office and involved in work, then I never feel so. But at home or not in proper work on the computers, then I will be worsers than you. So, if you work be serious and involve more with the job and will not get fed up or feel bad on it. But everyone's work will not be the same and the area of work also may be different. Whenever you feel lazy or fed up, just get out of it and go for a a walk, involve in something else or just close our eyes and take 5-10 mts. of rest, wash your face and talk to somebody with a different topic. Also, avoid phone calls and TVs. The best is move around and walk the way out and move away the place where you are located and be somewhere else. When feel better come back with more enthusiastic and start with a fresh mind and if possible, divert from the same work of you have and do the same on a later stage. But everything will come under control, once you make up your mind appropriately. Best regards and have a nice day. Thank-s
