So many of you know that I have posted before about the older man that has us laughing all day long and today was the first day back after Presidents day and our boss just got back from California and he was making us laugh and our boss told our supervisor to tell us if he hears us cross talking again he was going to take it off our 40 hour pay every time he heard us!! B.S.!!! I don't know what is wrong with him he said our production was down but it is not and we are only setting appointments for one agent and we filled him up on Friday and he was not even there!! We have always giggled and laughed even when he was there and it makes the day go by so much faster when you are having fun at work wouldn't you agree?

You need to beable to have fun at work. If you don't, the day does drag by. The negativity coming from the boss will decrease moral. He need to pull whatever is stuck in his rear out. Does he want to lose good employees because he's an butt. I doubt it.

If you don't have just a lil fun why go to work other than the fact you have bills to pay KWIM? Though if there's work to be done and you are spending too much time yacking then I could see him saying something. I don't know that it would be right of him to deduct your pay unless as I said there was work to be done and it wasn't getting done.

Yes! We canĀ“t work the whole day, it is necessary to break through a little bit, and this makes you think better. However sometimes bosses are overstressed so they react on this angry way. Just be patience with him a little bit, however, he is the Boss, just a little bit patience, maybe he is having a bad moment. Good Luck! Blessings!... Dainy

Yea I think you are right I think he was having a bad day, today he seemed in a better mood because we were laughing and talking to each other and he did not seem to mind at all maybe also because it was Friday today too? Well have a good day.

Yes I agree. As long as everyone is doing their job and nobody is being careless on their priorities, a few laughter and giggles can ease a lot of tension that can actually disrupt work sometimes!

I think it helps us get through a boring day. As long as we are not bothering anyone and doing our jobs. We always have a good time there but when the boss man comes there we have to be quiet oh well, We like it when he leaves and he leaves early, L.O.L.

Yes I totally agree with you there. Only he might be getting told off in a sense by a higher authority so he then has to pass it on to you. So just stay relaxed and i'm sure it work it self out!!!!
