I couldn't sleep last night, but get up reading a long article

Oh well, I toss and turn last night for while, until 12:30 A.M. in the morning I guess, I don't even know when I fall asleep though. I just remember that I go to bed around 10:00 P.M. but I couldn't fall asleep instantly, so I just get up and pick a book randomly from the bookcase, and sit on my bed read for while. I was yawning for while, a bit cold, after 2 hours of reading, I actually turn off the light, and try to get myself asleep. Well, it actually works. All I have to do just make my brain exhausted, and my eyes tired of reading.

Hey Akangirl, If reading a book works for both of you then I might give it a shot haha.. I dont really like to read and reading sometimes just makes me tired even if I begin or open a Book. I dont know what it is just always been that way so Next time I will give it a try haha

I could testify to that when I am facing with too much things worry me and my mind keep wondering. It really worry me, when i try hard to think to sleep and forget all the person or things which bother me.But they still could find a place in my mind, occupying and so i waste precious hours trying to get rid of them such as changing sleeping position or tiring my eyes watching movies of television series non-stop. Still, I could not sleep. Some home treatment work for me and in some cases it may be depending on the kind of situation which gives a lot of stress.Some is just mild so they are eventually curable. Some tricks or remedy work depending on each person needs while some fail. then a lot of try, until one could find the best remedy.

Hey king parker, Good seeing you making discussions well yeah my sleepless nights are like 4-5 times worst then your sometimes i fig myself trying to go to sleep. Just seems like my brain or my mind is just thinking about everything. I end up staying up till 4-5 in the morning when I am on MYLOT daily sometimes on a normal basis I fall asleep around 2-2:30am that's normal for me but yeah I wake up at 10am every day around that time just noraml for me haha. I have very bad sleepless nights and wish i could fix it sometimes but yeah nothing i can do. Right now I'm working out and bought me some weights and so that might help me get my body tired and go to sleep at night.
