How do i keep track of my reponse/comments to discussion

I have a problem. I enjoy responding and commenting on certain discussions. But when i want to try to see if anyone commented on my comments, I am lost! I have to go to the particular discussion and flip through so many pages to locate my comment. Can anyone suggest a shortcut?
